Extention of visa

Hi all,

I am from india last month i get my work permit for another year ,my problem is my visa will be expire very soon ,can anbody help how to apply and where. if i want urgent visa then where i can apply.

Do you know if someone put file 5 years ago for skilled workers from india and after 5 years later person got refused letter from CIC saying that he didnt hve enough point. but at when he applied on 2002 there is law saying that to apply for skilled worker from india they should have 67 points. Now law is change. so this new law will effect people who applied 5 yeras ago..

just you can apply visa at detroit office.  send passport by mail to US.

Did you have immigrant status before when you arrive to canada?
