confused, pls help

I am currently on postgrad work permit in canada. Just secured a positive LMO through my employer. I am in the process of extending my work permit and also bring my family from my country, (unfortunately) I have also started a FSW Immigration program which may take 4-5 more years from now.

What is most important to me now is to get united with my family bcos I have bn away for 16 mths, I am aware that the FSW in process will likely affect my family application for TRP or TRV from my country. I am strongly considering withdrawing the FSW application to brighten the chances of getting visas for my family since I will still have to withdraw it at some point when I start a faster immigration procedure within Canada. I am just in the process of extending my visa with the positive LMO

Is it a wise idea to withdrawal my application to secure TRV or TRP for my family? and apply later through Buffalo or PNP which is faster, Pls advise me, Im confused.
