I am new to this forum and went through quite a few posts that sounded similar to my situation but couldn't find answers, so I am starting new thread. Sorry if it is a repetition and please guide me to the right source if so.

I came as student, finished my graduation, got one year open work permit, got a job, then got LMO for 2 years and now am on a closed work permit which expires July 2012. I have already put my application for PR and haven't recieved my file number yet.

Recently I got married and want to bring my wife over:
1.  I am assuming that I'll have to apply for a temporary resident visa for her?
2.  List of documents for temporary resident visa is same for every one. What else do I need other than marriage certificate?
3.  Does she need to put my letter of employment as well or my immigration document/work permit is enough?
4.  Bank statement required would be mine?

Anything else, that needs to be submitted to the visa office?

Thanks

any proof she will be returning when her visitor's visa is up is always good, like anything in her name (car, property) or if she has a job already, or if she has very close relatives, ie: kids, she can show proof that she will return to them at the end of her stay.

Thanks msb.

I was going through posts and realized that some people suggest applying for OWP as well. Is it an option.

On proof of link to home country, won't she be getting it up to the date my WP is valid. It implies that we both would be returning if I don't get my PR by then or get my WP extended?

Thanks
