guess i should say we got married in february 2011, and all benefits get recalculated based on your income tax return from 2010 in june, except gst got messed up in april..

i did write back stating world income and non resident, no work permit, no income... twice they sent me that letter, twice i sent it back, and still spent hours on the phone asking them what they wanted  in order to set it all straight

was irritating to get so many different answers from everywhere telling me no he didnt need to file taxes, when it was my gut instinct to get them done in the first place

I had a temporary tax number when I filed as a non-resident, even though I have a social insurance number.
