Foreign Skilled worker PR application or Live in caregiver PR application?!

Good day!
So this is my dilemma right now...im currently here in canada and is under the live in caregiver program. maybe around june or july, i will be qualified to submit an application for permanent residence for live in caregivers but the processing of that would take like around 17-33 mos which is too long. on the other hand, im also a registered nurse in the philippines, i checked the points system for Foreign Skilled Worker and I did get a passing rate.
so i would just want to ask your opinion on which path to take? apply through the Live in Caregiver or the Foreign Skilled Worker?! and if I will to apply as a Foreign Skilled Worker, where is the best visa office to send, Buffalo or Manila? Which Visa office process the faster? I can submit it in Buffalo coz im already here in canada and i can also send it to Manila because im a filipino citizen.
