Hello,
My fiancé is a Permanent Resident with Chinese passport. And I am Korean.
We're going to apply my immigration outland canada.
Here are my questions.

1. Must we get a marriage license from both of our countries of nationality?
2. Or Must we get a Canadian marriage license?

I appreciate your answers.

The minimum requirement for the proof for your marriage is a valid marriage registration certificate obtained from the place of your marriage.

As per O/P 2 section 5.30 - Recognition of Marriage

A marriage that legally recognized according to the law of the place where it occurred is usually recognized in Canada.....
.

If you have  marriage licenses from your native countries, it would always be a plus point as a supporting document  but it is not mandatory at the time of applying.
