Foreign Divorce

Hell All,

Am writting as I need some advise. My wife and daughter have been residing in Toronto since September 2010, the initial plan was that I was supposed to join them in July this year. However, she has met someone and gotten pregnant and now wants to get married to the guy so that she can get her PR in Canada. She has sent me the divorce papers here in my home country. I am very unfamiliar with the proceedings in Canada and require some advise. I have decided to not come to Canada now as the whole situation has become very complicated. I am willing to give her the divorce uncontested however under the condition that my daughter comes back to me. She is due in September 2011 and needs to get this settled as soon as possible. Any advise would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
