Hello Caps456,

It is not only YOU,but there are at least more than 15 forum members belonging to pre-june2010 period who have recvd DM BEFORE BEING SUBJECTED TO MR.

Contrary to set procedure though it is,yet wche should waite for couple of weeks before dust of confusion settles down. VO, IN ALL PROBABILITY, would start sending communications to the applicants in this regard.So long as the same is emented from VO it is not fare to jump into any conclusion.

Posts of many fellow members attribute it to some kind of technical glitch.

Dear "Strong",

How come ur ecas has not started showing IP ? Going by ur time line,I  am of the view that   u should have recvd medical requet by now. Could u please confirm if u have sent CASE SPECIFIC ENQUIRY? Alternatively,CAIPS notes may be ordered for  ascertaining the exact position of the case.

I would request all fellow members under noc4131 to  KINDLY SHARE and  make this thread informative and effective.

after one week that my mailing address was gone form e-case to day I checked again my file is transfer to warsow. Is any body know how long I have to wait for medical now?

my address too disappeared for the second time on 20th December. 1st time disappeared on 22nd october and reppeared on 1st november with in process and RBVO status. Dont know what is going to happen

address appearing and disappearing has been going on for a while now with the same status msg DM and AR, without any clue if the application is rejected or in process. When you click on DM status it shows the same story:

We received your application for permanent residence on April 12, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 24, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision

While reading couple of posts observed that there is an additional line for few members stating something like "Your application has been transferred to ND VO or some respective visa office with a date on it"

now my question is did this additional line appear for any of the applicants who applied to ND VO?
I am a pre-june applicant NOC 4131, appreciate if someone can throw some light on this status msgs

My time  line is almost  similar  to that of urs.But,my ecas has not changed right since the time it was uploaded.
Inrerestingly,quite a few fellow members who  have submitted their initial applications to CIC in April2010 under noc 4131,have their ecas showing DM EVEN before MR.This is not in congruane to the defined guidelines described in cic web site in respect of their application processing system.MEMBERS have discused in detail about this procedural change,but with diverce opinions.I

to day i got email form visa office, as a rejection they calculate my education wrong. In first time sydney gave 22 for my education but visa office gave 20. thats looks i was under minimum point 65 instead 67. pls some one help me what should i do?
