I have a question for u as u r under the same NOC 4131 as mine....
When u prepared ur experience letter from the university;
1) Did u include ur working hours???( cuze working in Saudi universities doesn't reach 37.5 hours per week) what did u do with this problem ??
2) Did u got the experience letter signed and stamped from the head of the department u work in and the dean of the deanship u r working in?Huh? or what?Huh plz help me >>>>>I need a trusted information from u...

Hi louay..
1) In saudi arabia according to the contract the working hours per week are 40 by default. You don't need to mention it explicitly in any letter. Let them enquire and they will get the answer.
2) Let your exprience letter be signed by the HOD. Because he knows better your JD rather than your dean.

Thats all my suggestions. and thats all what i did.

No it is not that one.
U need to provide the contract letter which you sign during the start of your contract. and this contract letter is issued only once.
It in not the contract renewal letter.

Yes it will be helpfull in  support of your application.
For me and our univ, it was provided in a letter issued by department of personnel affairs. stating....
emp number
position in univ
position in budget
total salary
other increment
HR
and contract start date
+ contract renewal of next year.

I have submitted my full documents on april 1st 2010

Got my 2nd AOR on May 5th 2010.

But after that there is no change in my status. 

I have just completed first anniversary of my 2nd AOR and still says same  "Received by Visa Office".       

I have sent an email to buffalo vo in nov. 2010 got reply that file is "in process" but after that nothing is happening.

and coincidentally my BF'D is today.

any suggestion?

shd I send them a case specific inquiry again within few weeks?

Please give yourself sometime, BF'D sometimes, pass without any action being  carried out on your file. 

Mine was on the 22.1.2011 and i have not still heard anything from them till date.

 i am also 4131 applicant we have sent our full documents to VO london in jan,11 but still havnt got any response from VO regarding 2nd AOR, when we will get it any body reply.

Finally as of today, My E-cas status changed to "in process" with "RBVO" details. something to cheer about ....

hope to get medical soon....
