  Hi to everybody,
This topic is for those who are living in another country and applying through their country of nationality. I am an African and presently studying  in Europe. because i was afraid my student visa  will not be extended after i complete my studies, i decided to apply  through the visa office that is taking care of applicants from  my country of origin.

When i sent my full application to Abidjan visa office , that was in June and they sent the AOR , the letter was written by Abidjan and the stamp and returned address on the envelop was London Visa office. letter also posted to me by london.

1)I am so confused which visa office is processing my application  now? Please seniors advice me

2) Since i received my 2nd  AOR my ECASE is still showing only the  old information from Nova Scotia. My  question is, are there any Visa offices  that  do not update Ecase?

3)And i know that under the new rule processing time is at most 1 year, but in my AOR it  was mentioned that it can take on the average 18 months i do not understand why it is taking  so long? others are getting it  within 4 months and ours is processed after  18 months. really  can not understand.

Anyone from Abidjan Visa office? please join me and lets share ideas.

I am anxiously waiting for response from members.

Thanks

Hi Rupeshari , Chandan and some seniors memebers of the forum,
Could you people help to  give me some  suggestions about my questions. Even if  they are not answers as least the suggestions could guide me. I am so worried and have written e.mails, but no answer yet. I  do not know what to  do.

Thanks and waiting for suggestions.
