Hi, I'm going to ask some question again. I'm just confused with this one. I'm going to sponsor my husband and of course, he has documents checklist to follow. Do the immigration ask for authenticated documents? original? or just photocopy

Thanks for your reply, greatly appreciated

Doesn't it say what they need on the documents checklist?

When you send original you may not need to authenticate it but if you are sending photocopy you may need to notarise it from duly confirmed notary public.

In the sponsored person guidelines it is written clearly about country specific requirements for the documents. Some country applicants require to send original documents without any exception and some require region specific documents too. you better read the guidelines in detail before submitting application otherwise you may lose lots of time because of incomplete or incorrect submission of application and documents. Best of Luck
