Dear sushidOc,
I would like one clarification.
Some where I had read that you have to reach CHC Delhi very early to stand in line say at 4.00 am.
                                                           OR
If one reaches there between 8.00-9.00 as you have written, it is OK and one can meet someone.
Also please let me know about your personal experience of your visit to CHC.Were you able to achieve your purpose of going there.
Please clarify.

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration.
Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon

I think it is ok if you reach there by 9.00am.
I had some problem with my documents because of which I had to go there.
