Dear sushidOc,
I would like one clarification.
Some where I had read that you have to reach CHC Delhi very early to stand in line say at 4.00 am.
OR
If one reaches there between 8.00-9.00 as you have written, it is OK and one can meet someone.
Also please let me know about your personal experience of your visit to CHC.Were you able to achieve your purpose of going there.
Please clarify.

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration. The CIC website is a great (if not the greatest) resource for Canadian Immigration. Also see

I think it is ok if you reach there by 9.00am.
I had some problem with my documents because of which I had to go there.
