I want to clarify following informations regarding canada:

1) which city/province is best for living in terms of lower the taxes and higher the employment chances.

2) I want to live in the area where there is less or minimum pakistanis or indians.

3) Should we search for the job just after landing or get admitted in university to acquire canadian qualification.

4) If u suggest for admission then which univesity is best and which level of course i have to get admitted, Iam an MBA, but iam ready to switch over my profession as per canadian job market.

5) is there any chances of jobs for my spouse as she is a day care coordinator and montessori directress over here in pakistan.

6) what type of course she still need to do to get a job either at daycare centre or in a school in canada.

7) if i didnt have any job even for a year it is not a problem for me i can afford even this.

Hi,

Most of these question can only be answered by those who are already in Canada, i hope Qorax and other seniors like explorer101, rocky will be able to answer these questions.

Cheers

As far as I know, Alberta has the minimum tax rates (9% of total annual income), Edmonton and Calgary are the good places where u will find many Pakistani and Indian pplz. It is always recommended that u start searching the job right after landing in Canada, as any employer (or headhunters) require legal residential status of the person. depending upon ur affordability, it never creates any problem if u do not opt to do job there.
