:) First of all to be able to practice immigration you have to past the test and you must have either experience or have gone to university to get a consultation degree and most importantly..be a permant resident.

If you don't go to your hearing, you will be refused and probably asked to leave because you no longer have a status and are illegal.

What country you come from? If you asked for refugee status it's because most likely you said your life was in danger. Therefore, if it is, and you return to your country then most likely you will be arrested at the airport and jailed and who know what will become of you.

Why would you want to withdraw your application? If you have a good case and your PIF is well done with the right dates and graphic explanation what was done to you and if you have proof of what you endured. Newspaper clipping showing the torture in your country etc.

If you are deported you will be escorted to the airporr and they will wait until you get onboard, the necessary documents will be supplied and your country will be advised that you are returning.

If I were you I would go to the hearing, tell it exactly as in your PIF and relate honestly from your heart what you endured, what they did to you and your family if it applies and how your life would be in danger if you went back and of course your family too.

You went through all that trouble to come as a refugee, why would you now want to withdraw it?
