Hi All,

Please have a glance and guide me on this confusing situation.
I need your suggestion on my friends case with below qualifications.
For his PR processing we are going hire a lawyer who is going to charge 2000$ USD (which is lot of money )

His details are...
Education: 10+2+3yrs(15 yrs of education), completed in 1994
Age: 39yrs
Married: Yes, they have one Kid(8yrs),
French proficiency: Intermediate (got his certificate from AF)
Work Experience: He is working as an Accountant for past 10yrs.
Wife education: 10 (High school education)
Wife French Proficiency: Basic(got her certificate from AF, preparing for L2 level)

Before applying for PR in accountancy, please let me know whether this going to be work out or not.

pls ask ur friend to go through the online evaluation on following link:

also there is no need to hire a lawyer and pay him that much money. we are all here to help each other on this forum. if he gets positive results from that evaluation, he can file his case by the guidance provided over here.

BTW i also wanted to suggest these two things already mentioned by Angeleye!!... 

1.Evalaute online

2. Skip consultant/lawyer...the rocess is easy ...just you need to sit and explore the quebec webiste for immigration.
