For PMM !!!

This is for u PMM,
I am on a student visa and my wife came to Canada on a visitor visa which we got it converted into a work permit (wef 18th January 200 till 1 dec 2006).
She is qualifying for immigration(by the virtue of her work experience and qualifications ).
But can she apply for immigration(skilled worrker category)from here or can she do it only from india?
Please advise me as soon as possible.

From your previous posts, she wasn't admitted for 1 year, therefor she will have to apply to Delhi.
