yup..atleast nandun na sya and hopefully wala na talaga maging problem sa application ko, esp sa medical... though i believe wala naman akong sakit...hehe.. anyway, yung scanned docs na lang ni hubby inaantay ko.. kaya lang nasa work na sya ngaun (1st day nya..hehe), kuha na din ako managers check para tomorrow tawag na ko...yahoo!!! but still, waiting time is the hardest part i guess... well GOD bless sa application ko... and to all others  Hello chel..ok lng un kc God is always with us... Thanks... hi...my cover letter includes yun love story namin ni husband, na we know the fact that we are just allowed to stay in canada till the work permit expires, na we'll not overstay, na i'm very willing to share my knowledge & skills sa work force of canada, parang yun lang maremember ko...good luck...maybe that's around 4 paragraphs...  |

Our cover letter was from our consultant pero simple lang naman... na since we were bf/gf we were apart and he came back to marry me tapos ngayon we want to be together na tapos I understand that I can only stay according to the duration of my husband's work permit. Tapos kung ano laman ng mga documents. Yun lang.  |

hi everyone... new lang po ako d2, ask ko lang po kung matagal ba tlga ang processing ng SOWP? kc we applied last june 28 tapos ng medical ako last Aug 8 then sabi sa medical institution napasa n nila sa embassy last sept 1. But until now wala pang result ung application namin. nakita ko sa website nila 12-14 weeks lang ang processing. thank you.... |

hello again... help mga sis... hmm mukhang may problem po ata kami sa docs ni hubby. may discrepancy kc ung hourly rate na nasa LMO at contract nya compared sa nasa paycheck (sad to say mas mababa ung nasa paycheck). would it cause our application for SOWP & study permit to be denied kung ganun?

Manager's check 2 pcs picture passport photocopy of passport (colored) application for work permit(IMM1295) Work Permit Infrmation form Family information form (IMM5645E) Additional Family Information(5406E) Work Permit (husband) LMO & Contract (husband) SSS (Statis informatio, actual contributions, employment history) Employment Certificates REsume NBI Clearance Birth Certificate Baptismal Certificate Photocopy of Diploma Transcript of records with certified true copy Sorry ngayon ko lang na post.  hi ms leila, wala ka po nasubmit na payslip or paycheck? tingin mo po, wag ko na lang din isama ung paycheck ni hubby ko pag nagsubmit kami ng application kung may discrepancy ung salary nya sa paycheck compared sa nasa contract & LMO? |

Sis, medyo late ka na din kasi nag medical pero nakakapagtaka 4 wks inabot halos yung medical results mo. Baka madaming applicante kaya mahaba ang waiting period mo. Ilang yrs na kayong kasal? Kasi after ng medical ko pinadalhan pa ako ng questionnaire. Pero yung iba dito nareceive na yung questionnaire right after the AOR letter. Don't worry. ako ang pinakamatagal na naghintay dito hehehe... 4.5 months ako. Usually 2-2.5months ang processing. give it 3 more wks after your medical results. |

Don't worry. ako ang pinakamatagal na naghintay dito hehehe... 4.5 months ako. Usually 2-2.5months ang processing. give it 3 more wks after your medical results.

sis, 6 years n kaming married. oo nga eh ang tagal. actually ung son ko kasama din sa application, he is 6 years old. now its almost 3 months and 3 weeks na ung application namin. worried lang ako kasi until MAY 2012 nalang ung WP ng husband ko. pls... pray for us n ma approved n visa namin mag-ina. thanks.... saan k sa canada?
sis, ok lang yan as long as nag apply ka na may 6 months pa ang WP ng hubby mo... pwede ka ma-approve. Kahit one month left nalang sa WP ng hubby mo makakapunta ka pa din. Ako nga June 8 ako dumating dito Nov 2 expiry ng WP ng asawa ko. Sa Calgary ako, sis. Wag ka masyado mag worry. Isipin mo nalang wala nang tatagal pa sa timeline ko. hahaha. Kaya naging matagal yung sayo kasi after mo magpasa Aug ka pa nakapag medical tapos Sept pa results. Ako kasi January 17 ako nagpasa tapos Feb 12 nakapag medical tapos Feb 24 pinadalhan ako ng questionnaire. So malamang wala na hihingin sayo. Approval na ang sunod. Wait lang and pray. God bless! |

Hi guys, pwede po mag-ask, this early kasi may naencounter na kami problem...
Required po ba LMO sa list of requirements na isasubmit sa CEM? Kasi we emailed the immigration consultant tapped by my husband's new employer, requesting for a copy of the positive LMO for our file and as needed for application of SOWP, and here's part of the reply:
"For your LMO, except your contract, we aren't allowed to send you the copy [for employer information]."
But I have checked the DOCUMENT CHECKLIST of CEM for Work Permit app outside Canada, and I saw this particular requirement: "Job offer letter or contract from prospective employer and the file number provided by the HRSDC to locate the LMO. Your employer should be able to provide you with this file identifier."
Guys, please help me interpret, since sa doc checklist eh file or confirmation number lang, so kahit walang LMO copy? Kc I understand my recent Privacy Act na di na nagaappear ang name ng Temporary Foreign Worker sa LMO.. Baka kasi makulitan samin un immigration consultant pag nagrequest padin kmi. What do you think guys? Thanks in advance..
