hello guys!! mag ask sana po me medyo lihis sa topic. sensha na... mas at ease kasi me d2 magpost...
Need pa po ba magmedical ni hubby para sa new WP application nya? mag 2 years na sya sa canada at ang last na medical nya sa pinas pa. I'm a bit worried kc I've read a recent post na nadeny ang new WP app dahil ala medical exam. Pero caregiver naman yun, yun hubby ko naman e di involve sa health services ang job.. sa supermarket sya... Although I feel na di kelangan, medyo nagworry me kasi di ako nageexpect ng hassle sa app nya. Any insights? Based sa experience ng hubby na nagchange ng employer.. Thanks po in advance.... God bless

hi ynoweh! alam ko wala na medical pg work permit, esp nasa canada hubby mo..
meron nga din dating kasama si hubby ko sa work, nadeny din ung WP nya kaya pinauwi within 2days.. pero hindi namin alam ung reason eh..hindi pa kasi nya nakausap ult ung frnd nya na un... marame din kame iniisip na reason kaya nrefused ung WP nya..
hi thanks sa reply.. Sana nga di na need para walang hassle.. I think ok naman new WP app ni hubby kasi may LMO naman at complete naman docs na sinubmit ng immigration consultant. Keeping my fingers crossed still.... and continuously asking for His guidance.. Sayang naman un kasamahan ng hubby mo, he could have applied for restoration of status kung nagexpired na WP nun lumabas decision or ipachange sa visitor visa.. mahirap kaya makarating sa canada.... Welcome nga pala s forum, binabasa ko mga concerns mo, para guided me pag-apply ko.. Sobang helpful itong forum satin. Keep posting, mababait ang mga members dto.. To all: Pakiinclude nalang po sa prayers ang new WP application ni hubby para makaaply nadin kami mag-ina hopefully by december.. Many many thanks..  |

hi thanks sa reply.. Sana nga di na need para walang hassle.. I think ok naman new WP app ni hubby kasi may LMO naman at complete naman docs na sinubmit ng immigration consultant. Keeping my fingers crossed still.... and continuously asking for His guidance.. Sayang naman un kasamahan ng hubby mo, he could have applied for restoration of status kung nagexpired na WP nun lumabas decision or ipachange sa visitor visa.. mahirap kaya makarating sa canada.... thanks for the welcome greeting sis iniisip namin siguro nalaman na ngwwork pa din sya kahit na expired na contract nd wala na sya WP, den 2 jobs pa pinapasukan nya... sayang talaga kasi k-close ni hubby un... Ah cguro dapat restoration and WP ang inapply nya kung expired na WP nun nagapply sya..Kung di naman expired nun nagapply sya ng WP, possible din na nlaman nga. Anyway, pray nalang po natin friend ni hubby mo. Ok lang two jobs pinapasukan nya as long as my valid WP pareho at majustify nya na kaya nya, like parehong part time at yun proximity din ng locations ng work...[/b][/b][/b] yup sobrang bait ng mga tao dito sa forum and GOD-fearing (believers) pa.. nkk-uplift ung mga advises and encouragements nila, lalo na meron tumutulong and sumasagot sa mga questions natin.. Exactly.. I believe ginawa tayong instruments ni God sa bawat isa..  .i think 73-83days pg issue ng WP kapag new employer..gnun kasi ung kay hubby.. kaya nga umuwi muna sya para hindi sya mainip dun, and ayaw din kasi sya pg-start-in sa work nung employer nya... den advise nung MERIFIELD (i think gov't office un sa Edson, Alberta), pagdating nung WP ni hubby, wag muna ako basta2 mg-aapply ng SOWP habang nandito sya... ewan ko kung bakit..hehe Good thing 66 days nalang ngayon as of October 12, ang hoping na mas bumilis pa po... Baka kaya sinabi yun ng government para makapagadjust pa si hubby mo sa new work at makaipon pa.. Pero yun processing times ng CEM na 2-3 months I guess enough time na yun para makapagadjust hubby mo. Anyway, ang spousal open work permit is your option (ninyong mag-asawa) and not employer based at alberta government, kaya wag mo na po isipin yun. Good luck sa application mo... |

@ chel12 hello ulit! naicip ko lang, ang reason perhaps ng alberta govt. kaya sinabi na wag ka muna apply ng SOWP pagdating ng WP ni hubby habang nandyan sya sa Pinas is para walang maging problem sa application mo, baka kasi mauna ang submission mo ng application sa CEM kesa sa start ng work nya, conflict malamang ksi although may valid WP, nandyan pa sya nun sa pinas. Kaya cguro makakatulong din yun advise ni ailooney na kumuha ng cert of emp. from employer para proof na nagwowork na ang spouse para sa WP na naissue. Anyway, what's important is nandun na si hubby at magaapply na u..  Good luck and keep us posted on your application progress... Regards to all. |

Hi everyone! Kakakabit lang internet namin. Sa tourist kami pumila sa immigration. Binigay ko s kanya passports naming 3 ng kids ko. Nung una parang ok, kasi natatakan na nya yung passport ng kids ko, ok na, nung napansin nya yung visa ko dun sya nagtanong tapos binigay ko yung letter from embassy, work permit nga daw yun, kelangan daw OEC. Sbi ko p nga marami na nakaalis na same ng visa ko. Buti yung JAL aware sila sa ganun, pero kelangan din nila iconvince pa yung officer by showing a memo regarding our visa. I was wishing na sana may ibang officer na aware sa visa ko, pero wala, nagkakaisa sila lahat na mali daw yun, dapat daw wx-1, hay. Kahit nung pinakita na ng JAL attendant yung memo, aba sabi pa 2010 pa daw yung memo baka daw may bago na that supersedes that memo. Anyway, nakaalis din naman kami, hehe. At least yung mga paalis ngayun aware na kayo na talagang W-1 ang visa natin. Gusto ko nga sna ireport yung IO na yun kaso nakalimutan ko yung name nya. Sa window 8 sya mga 7AM kami dun and 9AM flight namin. Pagpray nyo na lang na hindi kayo matapat sa kanya, or bka ngaun aware na sila kasi maalala nila ako, hehe, napaiyak talaga ako, hehehe. Sabi nung iba baka nag popower trip lang or gusto ng lagay, hay. Bon voyage sa mga paalis pa lang. "kaya siguro un ang sinasabi ng mga tg-immigration sa naia... kaya lang nklagay LIMITED....eh OPEN WORK PERMIT nga ung visa mo eh... kulang sa logic ung n-encounter mo na officer..hehe i hope wala ng mk-experience ng ganyan sa mga aalis stn noh...thanks for sharing atleast now we know |

Ako din please include us in your prayers... na ma-approve ang LMO ng present employer and new employer ng hubby ko. Tapos magkaron din ng approved work permit. May peace naman ako about these kind of papers kasi God is always faithful. Kaya mga people.. keep the faith and keep on praying. When 2 or 3 are gathered in prayer, God is in the midst of them. hi sa lahat.. my application for permanent residence is almost complete and they are asking my passport to sent it to them. i am worried because i take my vacation and got married last january and i did not informed them until now. according to the letter they send it to me that i should not submit my pasport if i get merried since the last correspondence. if failure to declare additional dependents such as spouse prior to your becoming a permanent resident could result in the cancellation of PR. IS IT to late to advice or informe them about my status? what should i do..  You should really inform or declare any changes in your status,and all info relating to your application before the CIC finalize your papers. Kung hindi pa naman approved pwede mo pang pahabol pero ma delay nga lang konti but that's better kesa ma refuse di ba? Halimbawa naman na approve na before u got married then u have to sponsor ur spouse on a separate application na. So i hope u already advised them about it. Good Luck cheers! |
