hi! im a newbie here!... kakaalis lang ng hubby ko kanina (from a 1month vacation), im still in tears...  anyway, ask ko lang sana kasi ung new job nya sa Alberta is a COOK, which falls on the skilled worker category... so meaning pwede na ko mg-apply ng SPOUSAL OPEN WORK PERMIT right?? ang gagamitin kong WP is ung sa hubby ko? tanong ko lang po kung anu2 pa ba ibang docs na kasama.. ang meron akong docs: IMM 1295, work permit information, IMM 5645, LMO and employment contract ni hubby, photocopy of WP nya, NBI clearance, managers check, passport, and 2 photos... is there anything else needed...kelangan pa ba ng PROOF OF FUNDS, and gaano katagal ung waiting period? kahit ung estimate lang....magpapasa na kasi ako sa TUESDAY ng application, double checking lang... mejo sad kasi 4yrs na ngttrabaho hubby ko sa canada pero as a FOOD COUNTER ATTENDANT lang sa wendys... npromote sya as supervisor pero ngpalit ng owner ung pngwwork-an nya, nd walang kwenta ung pumalit... hindi inasikaso ung application nya kaya ayun, stuck up sya as FCA and stuck up din ako dito sa pinas... start ng kinasal kame hindi na kame ngkasama ng matagal so i really want this to work this time... is it true na WALA daw refusal sa gantong application?... please help,..need advise kasi eh... thanks a lot... Hi!here's the list of documents i submitted to CEM: - applicant's visa id picture (2 pcs) - applicant's passport - application for work permit made outside of canada - family information - work permit information form - applicant's photocopy of passport - spouse work permit - spouse passport - spouse certificate of employment - spouse employment contract - spouse LMO - spouse bank certificate - spouse T4 year 2009 and 2010 - spouse payslip (3 months) - certificate of marriange - nso copy - applicant's cenomar - spouse cenomar - applicant's birth certificate - nso copy - spouse birth certificate - nso copy - applicant's nbi clearance - applicant TOR - copy of diploma - remittance forms/slips for the kids - almost the same include mu lang ung certificate of baptism - for the application we applied for study permit here's the site for the application forms... you can also call CIC Manila #8459200 if you still have questions... if you still have questions or clarification post ka lang here sa forum... goodluck and God Bless us...  hi chel! please refer sa above post ko ung docs we submitted for the application, if you don't mind san sa canada work hubby mu? kasi sa wendy's nagwowork husband ko... |

GOD bless everyone -cheL- Hi chel! uu apply ka na lang SOWP napost ko na ung documents na we submitted, for the bank statement kung meron c hubby mu enclosed mu na rin... pero i know meron mga applicants here sa forum na di na nagsubmit... for the processing time naman depende sa visa officer pero matagal un 3 months... goodluck gurl and pray pray pray ka lang.... bsta pag me question ka just post it here... |
