Hi there! Need your help, nag aapply husband ko for a TWP for a semi skilled worker in bc. On process npo ung LMO. The question is thru the pilot project mag aapply ako ng SWOP pag nandun na sya. Problem is meron kaming 1 anak na 6 yr old boy. Pano namen sya maisasama and what kind of visa can we get for him para ma isama namen. D namen kase sya pede iwan. Pls need some inputs. Thanks

she working now in subway as SANDWICH ARTIST for almost 1 yr and pagnakuha nia ung LMO n at workpermit sa KFC,
MAGRERESIGN na xa sa SUBWAY...
ang gusto q pong malaman if my workpermit na xa sa KFC as SHIFT MANAGER pwede naba xa MAGAPPLY NG SPOUSAL para makuha kme... ano poh ang 1st step na gagawin nia o aq poh ba ang gagawa nun... TNX IN ADVANCE poh sa makakatulong because im excited finally my pag asa na mapadali ung pagsasama nmin pamilya...tnxu poh... sa magrereply

hubby left holding a W-1 work permit just very recent and would expire march2013
is there any way possible i can follow, nakakamiss po talaga.
we are married for almost 10 years, and this is the 1st time we are being separated by land.
ano po pwdi naming gawin na i can follow him, pwd din po ba kaming mag apply for SOWP?

or to everyone who can answer my query.
I applied for a spousal open work permit kasabay ng student permit application ng wife ko. We already received our temporary resident visa or specifically, W-1 visa ko na nakastamp sa passport ko. Ask ko lang po kung kailangan ba talaga may letter from the embassy along with the visa? Kasi yung nareceive ko, yung visa lang na nkastamp sa passport, wlang letter from the embassy. Sabi naman ng embassy nung ng inquire ako, "they dont issue letter of introduction to open work permit holders". kaya i want to ask ms. ailooney kasi sabi nya sa post nya sa page 77, dala nya daw yung passport (with visa) at letter from CEM..
Please help me po, im so confused kasi baka kailanganin cya sa port of entry.
Hope someone there would answer me..thanks!

hi, i am new here, thanks at may ganitong forum, last week of july 2012, nung na receive ng Embassy Manila yung docs ko from canada, kasi may representative kami doon, after a week they received the documents of my Spousal work permit application, they return it all to me, kasi hindi daw naka 2D barcoded yung IMM1295 ko which is un na ang required,na overlooked nung lawyer namin sa canada...hmmmm, last week August 13, nung nag resubmit ako nung may 2D bar code na na IMM 1295, and today Aug 22,2012, naka receive ako ng message from AIR21 na may delivery akong mare receive tom August 24,2012,i hope na evrything will be fine, any idea kung anong DOCS mare receive ko kung na satisfy na yung VO sa documents ko? sabi nung representative namin sa canada is naniniwala daw siya na it will takes 2months lng daw ang procedure...sana nga diba...

hello guys! just want to share this email reply from RE-MANIL.IMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca - nag follow-up kasi ako for the status of my application because it was exceeded the processing time. Now nagreply na sila akin..
"This refers to your inquiry regarding your work permit application. We understand that your applications have exceeded the average processing time. However, we are unable to proceed until the medical results have been reviewed for your entire family. In the meantime, we request for your patience in the finalization of your applications. Please note that we have already received your medical results as well. We process all applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will not process some applications ahead of their spot in the queue. All the employers in this queue, by the nature of their request for a foreign worker, have not been able to find a Canadian worker and are in dire need of help. We process the applications in as fair a manner as possible. With the volume of applications we are receiving, processing time takes longer. For update on processing time, We trust the above is of assistance in addressing your concerns."
Confusing yung reply nila... because "However, we are unable to proceed until the medical results have been reviewed for your entire family" pano nangyari yun? eh ako lang naman ang nagpamedical? considering na yung application ko is spousal open work permit? .... Hindi kaya ito ready made email na? copy and paste na lang sila kapag may nag inquire?..
Meron na po ba dito sa inyo na same ang reply sa email nung nasa akin? Thank so much!

Naka save n yan sa pc nila. We have the same situation, proibang content nmn.. Nag inquire ang friend ko regarding sa application nia at kelan nia mattngap ung MR nia, tpos ako ung visa nmn ang concern ko, well, we received same response.. Poor us! They cant answer us, diretly with their own words..
Lets pray na lang po
Meron na po ba dito sa inyo na same ang reply sa email nung nasa akin? Thank so much!
