hi sis ang dali lang yung sa akin sis nagtaka nga ako submit ko cia ng may 9 tas nag email sila sa akin ng additional na documents may 22 tas may 23 approve na ako mga 2 weeks lang thank God talaga sis lucky ako. |

hi sis magkalapit pala kami ng husband mo and same kame ng category food counter din ako tell him kung gustong sponsoran ng employer niya for AINP if approve cia pwede ka niyang kunin as spousal open work permit im working on our papers kaka approve lang ang papel kol ast may 23 so mag apply na ang asawa ko sa pinas hopefully madali lang sabi maximum of 6 months pero may nakakapunta daw within 2 months sana. |

Anyone here in this forum has idea regarding re-medical of spouse?Nag re-med ang wife ko and after 6mos lang cya nabigyan ng clearance ng doctor sa Nationwide...pero isang buwan na ang nkalipas after mai-submit ang final medical nya. My question is ilang linggo or buwan bago maissuehan ng Visa? Anyone can help me Please...I'm so sick waiting. God Bless!!!

hello po...baka pwede rin po ninyo kami tulongan pag apply ng open work permit kaylangan po talaga sa pinas mag apply yong mga asawa at anak.. hindi po ba pwede yong asawa nasa canada nalang apply para sa kanila...bago palang po me naging skilled worker housekeeping po work ko dito sa alberta pero 3yrs na me dito..ask ko rin po sana kung lahat po ng documents kaylangan authic...po ba?salamat po...GOD Bless All

8 mos pa lng po aq sa canada. and i quit my job last month, pero nakakita ako new employer,, kaso and LMO and work permit ko daw is still processing pa.. wait lng daw ako ng slang weeks, pero nags start na ako sa kanila. yung old work permit ko will expire in sept 29, 2012.
ok lng ba yun, hawak ko lng eh yung old work permit ko?.. anu na status ko ngayon?...
mapapauwi ba aq? pls help ... tnx..

what you are doing right now is illegal pero hindi ikaw ang unang gumawa nyan. Ang maaadvise ko lang sayo is tutukan mo yung bagong employer mo kung saang process na sila ng application. Kung lmo palang ba at kung accelerated application ba o hindi, kelan ito inapply? Wag ka din masyado magtiwaa sa kapwa pinoy or kaibigan kasi pag naisumbong ka for sure pauuwiin ka and hindi na makakabalik ng Canada. Pag umabot ang october and wala pa work permit mong bago, wala ka na pong status. Either way illegal pa din. Sa ngayon alamin mo kailan naifile ang lmo mo kasi matagal na ulit ang apply ng work permit lalo na siguro ang lmo.
