hello po sa lahat ng member, newbie po ako dito sa forum, kahapon ko lang po nakita tong website....and im glad na meron palang ganito nakakatuwa at tulong tulong po ang lahat ng member, actually po kahapon lang ako nag-start magbasa siguro po mga 100 pages palang ang nababasa ko at lahat naman po ay positive ang naging result. Sa case ko po common law partner po yung magiging apply namin kung sakali, kasi maximum mga october 2012 pa ang labas ng WP ng hubby ko Feb. 2012 kasi sya inaply ng employer nya after 6 months or more pa daw ang labas ng WP nya. Gusto ko po maihanda na yung mga required na docs bago lumabas yung WP. Hindi ko po alam kung paano ako mag-iistart sa pag collect ng docs, ask ko rin po anong mas maganda may agency or wala direct na sa CEM, sa mga nabasa ko mas marami yata ang direct....Hope sana may magreply sa akin na kapareho ko ng case... or someone na nakaka-alam or mas ok kung bigyan nyo po ako ng summary ng mga docs.My husband is newly promoted as manager in Mcdonalds based in Huntsville Crescent NE Calgary at meron kaming dauhgter 6yrs. old. Any one who experienced na na-late ung MR ng anak? I have received finally my MR yesterday.. i was so happy till i found out na isang package lang binigay and that is my MR.. ung MR ng anak ko wala =( late lang kaya.. our papers were picked u nong March 20.. i'm anxious =(

hi ailooney, your story was amazing, as well as the other spouses who got their visas inspite of everything. yan ang mga pinoy. kahit mahirap gagawin ang lahat para lang sa pamilya at mga asawa natin. i just hope kami din ng husband ko magkasama sama ba rin who's in BC right now. He's been there for 2 years now.

before he applied for a PNP but sabi nya nadeny daw dahil hindi pa daw kaya ng income nya to support our family. then his boss, tried to apply for a PR for him while he has been there for almost year noon.they required him to take and pass IELTS, unfortunately he did not pass..4.5 lang ang band score nya.
he just got a new work permit from his employer, and was approved 2 years. we are looking for possible ways to be with him. until i got to this forum..

i've been reading your posts and got useful informations that gave me excitements on applying for ours.
nakakakaba lang. i just want to ask do i need to get consultant or agent? kasi as i 've read from your posts kayo na mismo ang nag ackaso.i just thought baka kaya ko rin naman kung ako lang..

we have 4 kids- grade 5, grade 4, 4 years old and 2 yrs old. should i get study work permit for my 3 kids?what forms should i fill up for them?hindi muna sana namin isasama ang mga kids ko so that i can also work pero sa mga nabasa ko parang mas maganda yata isama baka mas iconsider nila.wla din kaming joint account, ngaun palang kasi mag-uumpisang mag-ipon.dati kasi meron pero naclose account..hehehe! 
hirap ng buhay eh.paano po yun? wla din kaming property na nakapangalan sa amin..paano din po yun?hindi kaya madeny kami dahil 4 ang baby namin? depende po ba yun sa income?

i just hope you could help me..anyone here..sana you would reply to help me and makuha ko din po sana yung lakas ng loob na meron kayo..sana makasama namin husband ko in God's perfect time. magbabakasyon po sya this December after more that 2 years..sana makaapply agad ako para naman pagbalik nya kasama na kami kung sakaling maapprove sya..please help..

Regarding your application, may we know ano yung occupation ng spouse mo? Kung skilled, you can bring your kids. Pero kung low or semi-skilled, unfortunately, sa BC yung age 18 above lng ata pde. Tapos about properties naman, alam mo hindi ko din masabi kung may bearing talaga yun or depende sa VO. Wala naman kaming properties. Bank account lng sa canada and phil. Pero at least db now you know u have the chance to be united with your spouse. Give us your fb name para ma-add ka sa fb page. Hindi ko pa kasi magawang mag add kasi phone gamit ko.

Welcome to the forum, If your husband's job title is cook then this falls under SKILL LEVEL B of the  NOC Matrix. Making you eligible to apply for SOWP.

Sis,pareho tayo my husband is in BC and we have 4 kids also . My application is still in process, Hopefully I do get an approval from CEM soon. About your question kung isasama mo kids mo or not actually you have the option to do so since skill level B naman  husband mo but your hubby should be able to provide proof that he can support the family pagdating nyo doon. Perhaps a bank account sa canada would help and account nyo dito. Actually pagnag-apply ka for sowp, CEM only requires your husband work permit,employment contract,employment certificate,LMO pero sabi nga dito sa forum mabuti na yung sobra ang pinadala kesa kulang kaya mostly sa mga sis at bro. natin dito sa forum lahat ng document na pwede ipadala sinama na sa application. Eto yung mga documents na pinadala ko nung nagsubmit ako ng application para may idea ka lang hope this helps you prepare your application.

wow! that was great chinaeyes..i was so happy to read your reply. akala ko nga this "forum thing" is just like any other forum na matagal sumagot at merong nang aasar lang.hindi ko akalain na ganun kabilis ang pagsagot nyo..and i was lucky to meet you all guys specially ailooney and you chinaeyes. nakita ko nga ang bilis ng progress ng papers nyo.akalain mo for medical na kau! hindi lang ako nakasagot agad kasi kachat ko hubby ko and i was so excited to tell him about your replies and the requirements. nagkalakas loob talaga ako when you answered back! i can't wait na makumpleto ko ang requirements ko at makapag fill up ng apllication forms for my family. naexcite nga din husband ko. ang inisip na lang nyang problem nya ngaun ay ang bank certificate nya.parang hindi pa yata aabot sa CAD 1,000 yung meron sya..hehehe! meron naman kaming savings kaya lang konti lang.can you give me an idea on how much should we have on our account?

Right sis lovegerro.. very helpful ang forum na to.. we are so blessed that we have met willing people to help =) Try nyo mag-back read.. may mga experiences ng iba na iniwan muna mga anak.. meron din ung nagdala.. di naman daw kelangan malaki ang pondo sa bank kasi nga maghahanap tayo ng work.. pero again suggestion ng iba, medyo magpondo ng kunti to prove that we can meet our needs if in case we can't land a job immediately.. so what i did was to have some savings.. to be sure

        Actually if you decide to bring the kids with you okay lang naman sis yun nga lang syempre yung bank certificate ng hubby mo should have more funds in it to show proof lang that if ever nandun ka na and mga kids he has enough to spend para sa inyo during the first few months habang naghahanap ka rin ng work. In my case kase we decided to leave the kids dito sa pinas muna para I could work otherwise pagkasama ko sila then I would need to stay home to take care of them. Sa pagkakaalam ko kase pag minor sa canada hindi pwede iwan sa bahay without adult supervision eh! apat ang chikiting ko sis kung iiwanan ko naman sila with a nanny napakamahal nun. Saan nga pala sa BC hubby mo??? Hay naku sis!!! go mo na ang application nyo para umpisa na  ang process nyan....GOODLUCK SA ATIN LAHAT!!!!!
