Nakaka-inspire mga stories ng mga forumers... I have just called CEM.. our papers are scheduled to be picked up on Mond, March 19.. bukas ko pa kasi makukuha papers hubby.. I was wondering, need kaya talga ung payslips? Ang employer ng hubby ko is my sister, puro cash/check ang pasahod nya.. kaya walang payslips =( pati ung contract, ako pa gumawa hihihi

There are some who didn't include payslips or even any proof of funds pero kung may bank account hubby mo sa Canada and ikaw sa Phil, maybe you might want to send a bank cert. Pinasubmit ako before. Pero i don't remember sino sa mga sis yung hindi nagsubmit khit ano. You can also submit remittance records since he came to Canada. May kasabihan nga kami dito "dibale ng sobra wag lang kulang" sa documents.

 i have filled out forms .. and based on the past conversation in this forum, it seems that Application for Temporary Resident Made Outside of Canada or IMM5257 is NOT required? kasi nalilito ako   i  just saw today this:

item #10."Separate and apart from your work permit, you will need a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) if you are a national of one of the following countries. You must apply for a TRV at the Canadian visa office responsible for your country of citizenship or the country to which you have been lawfully admitted."

hi sis!oo nga noh halos sabay kmi...dumating na sana sya before holy week....pero kung hindi ok lng nman din after holyweek dba atleast fresh na fresh ang mga VO from holyweek at tlgang touch na touch ni God ang mga puso nila

I don't think any of us submitted that form. Did you check the list of countries?

here are some of the documents i gathered..

1. my current 3 months pay slip
2. letter from my employer that i am a regular employee with a 2 year contract
3. work permit with noc code 7231 (skill lever b)
4. bank certificate from royal bank of canada
5. remitance reciep from western union
6. xerox of visa in my passport
7. LMO
8. xerox of my file number dated AOR is feb2006 (i applied for a FSW way back, ang tagal!)

im in the process mga kababayans of gathering documents para sa SOWP ng wife ko, and i have some inquiries pa.......
i hope someone enlightens me.... i want my son to be here kase on a students visa, he's just 5 yrs/old

ill be or should i say my wife going to pass our documents to the manila embassy by 2nd week of april, i just  talk to a school principal, from a school na malapit lang dito sa tinitiran ko, para maregister na yung anak ko for the next school year, so ill include in my documents(which i will send to the PH) a letter from the school where i intend my son to go once he's here....by then pwede ko na ba ilagay dun sa study permit application form yung name of school na pinag registeran ng anak ko? i heared kese yung iba na approve yung asawa pero yung anak hindi nabigyan ng visa, i dont want that..... sana pareho sila magka visa, may move nadin kase yung employer ko na i-file kami for permanent residency, but again baka matagalan pa yun.....

   Chijireh: Sis wala naman nabanggit sa call center ng CEM that I need to submit the form you have mentioned as per her instruction only IMM-1295 , Family Information, and Work Information are the forms to be filled up . She reminded me though to include the 5th page of IMM-1295 since I accomplished it electronically...

Yap ailooney, i've cheked the list of the countries.. kabilang philippines..  hmnn..  yap, chinaeyes, CEM didnt require us to send TRV application.. Wala sila nabanggit nong tumawag kami..  

Di pa napi-pick up papers.. medyo nanenerbyos na ako hihihi excited?!
