Hi, sis! What is an LC1 application? Hanapin mo yung Job Title mo dun sa NOC codes kung under O, A or B. Pagnahanap mo sya.. i think pwede. Or kung hindi mo mahanap, patawagin mo spouse mo sa CEM to ask if he is eligible. Ilang taon na anak mo and ano reason na nilagay sa pagdeny sa kanya? Baka less than 6 mos nalang yung validity ng WP mo before you applied? There are a lot of factors. We are all guessing because we are not familiar with your situation kaya pacensya ka na if unsure din answers ko. So your job title is "PT assistant" sa LMO and WP? |

@ ailooney- nope open work permit yung akin wala lmo or sa work permit na nakasular nayun work ko pero meron ako employment contract sa work ko ngyon, family ties daw sa anak ko and funds daw ewan ang gulo ng vo sa pinas

@ sis lexie thanks....cge try ko tawagan....pero sbi ng hubby ko wag na daw ok na daw yun wait ko nalang daw ang visa ko hehehe...pero gusto ko parin sana malaman kung naforward na ba nila sa CEM ....wala nman mawawala dba....hehehehe...

Can Any one tell me whether I should submit criminal record check from Canada along with my Live in care giver PR application.As per the guide we do not have to submit police clearance. But most of my friends have submitted Police clearance along with application at this stage.
please please can any one enlighten me on this subject.

Tanong ko Lang po mas madali po ba ang magiging process king mag-declare po ako ng common-in law? Or just single status po for application for work permit-live in caregiver?
