guys, sino sa inyo ang nag submit ng dalawanhg T4 2010 or kahit anung year? kasi asawa ko may dalawang T4, isa nung nasa mcdo pa sya at isa din sa restau kung san sya nag wwork now.

ok lang yan & it's really possible na 2 T4 nya if naka2 employer sya within a year.isubmit lahat yan...hehehehehe....the more evidences the better....

hello po! congratulations po sa mga nkreceive n ng visa! sunod sunod po dumating! ang galing nman! welcome dn pala po sa mga newbies!

ang dami po ng nmiss ko, ilang days po ako d nkpgcheck ng forum...
Hindi ko po talaga chneck kasi sobrang sad ko po, hindi n namin itutuloy yung application namin ng anak ko.
 I was almost done po gathering our documents and pnprepare ko n po yung cover letter namin. I decided po to call for the 5th and last time sa CEM para naman mailagay ko sa letter na I verified 5x, and to email dn para iattach ko yung response nila sa cover letter namin para sigurado po. I waited 3 days for their reply and I was really disheartened with their response. Ang answer po nila yung katulad ng nasa website n only those who are under the NOC 0,A and B are eligible to apply for the  SOWP, since the LCP is under NOC C, I am not qualified. I was really shocked because even with the 5th call that I made ganun p dn sagot sa akin ng  mga representative nila! I replied with their email, sabi ko po, bakit hindi yun alam ng mga reps nila. Bakit ngbibigay sila ng maling information, kawawa naman yung mga asawa ng mga temporary workers nila n binigyan nila ng false hope.  Sana po kung hindi nila alam merong supervisor n pwede mgclarify.  
Sa call center po ako ngwowork, 2 years po ako na customer service representative and 4 years n po akong supervisor. Kaya naman po disappointed talaga ako... Bilang representatives po sila ang front liners ng CEM, panget po tingnan n hindi nila alam yung sinasabi nila. Kaya nga po sa knila tyo tumatawag or ngiinquire kasi sila dapat ang expert sa topic na hindi natin alam.  

Up to now po hndi ko p alam ang sunod naming gagwin ng anak ko.. Bka po mgapply n lang ng temporary resident visa pero mas mhirap po maapprove dun db? Ano po kay magandang gawin?

Hi Denissed! Why don't you check the caregiver program sa website baka meron design para sa inyo. I understand your feelings because it was also the same sadness and disappointment I have when the agency/consultant told us that my son can not apply together with our application of my daughter bec. according to them he is 19 yrs old already and we need something like $7,000 as proof of funds for his expenses in schooling dahil mahal daw ang university or college ng anak ko. We are so depressed at that time kasi hindi pa rin buo pamilya namin.

But you know, God is always good because He guide me to make my own research in internet about any possible programs in Canada for my son. And you know what, not even my consultant nor even here in our forum knows about the Alberta Program for Open Work Permit (Age-Dependent Children 19 to 22 yrs. old). So, it is really first time here na pwede pala mag-apply ang mga may anak na 19 to 22 yrs old ng OWP instead of Study Permit without any big amount of proof of funds. Our Lord guide me to read, read, & read here every night any related topics about Canada Immigration.

Keep on praying and asking God's guidance. I'm sure, He will lead you like what He did to me and to all of us here.   If it is not meant for you now, He will give you right time because He reserved the BEST THING for your family.   GOD BLESS

Whew! thanks sis kinabahan ako kala ko hindi eligible e. yung LMO kc ng wife ko walang name. "UNAMED LABOR MARKET OPINION" ang nka title. good for three employees pero hindi nka lagay names nung iissuehan. pano kaya yun? haay daming questions na naga-arise habang nagbubuo ako ng requirements. buti nlang may gnitong forum. thanks to everyone

gud evening!question lng po?mkakaapekto po kaya sa application ng sowp kung hindi ka presently employed?worried po kc ako baka maging cause sya ng refusal..and bkit po ganon dami ko pong nabasa d2 na nagdeclare ng mga properties sa CEM like land title and car registration,,pero hindi po hiningi sakin sa mercan yun..proof of funds lang po ng hubby ko hiningi nila kaya bank certificate po ng hubby ko pinasa ko...and isa din po sa mga requirements ko na pinasa is yung letter from prospective employer..ok lng po kaya yun?any idea po?thanks
