hello yung proof of funds is yung bank certificate din...then yung mga properties title, sa supporting documents mo na lang sya...hope it helps..

hi kikay333, wag agad mag isip ng nega but d naman din kita blame sa ganyan na attitude kc nga hirap din mag apply need din na gumastos. sa case ng husband mo mag wait ka muna na makakuha sya ng payslip, then while u are waiting from his requirements gather ka muna ng requirements mo, like mga NSO's mejo matagal kc dun db and passport (if applicable), not necessarily naman na may properties and sa bank acct baka naman may mahihiraman kayo, pag malapit ka na mag file saka ka maghiram para lang show money db, ganun din husband mo hiram muna sa mga frends, dito naman sa canada pede kuha ng acct infor thru teller lang din pede na yun padala sayo thru email...
ganun din kc ginawa ng husband ko gather muna sya mga docs while waiting sa payslips ko at bank cert. nung malapit na at tapos ng mga docs saka ako humiram at diniposit ko sa acct ko dito sa canada same with my husband...
and try mo din d bale na magkagastos kikitain din yun soon db, ang mahalaga u try for the best of ur family to be reunited and be happy.
post ka lang dito, madami tutulong sayo esp sa prayers.

Hi Kikay 333 Welcome sa forum! I think it doesn't matter kung may joint account kayo dito sa Pinas or even property as long as nag submit husband mo ng proof of funds such as bank cert or statement, payslips, employment contract, lmo at valid WP. In your end ang support financial documents mo na lang are those remittances na pinapadala nya indicating your name as recepient. Advise ko lang sis lagyan nya kahit 2K yung bank account nya doon kung ikaw eh wala ring saving account dito. There are agencies in Canada nagoffer ng loan as much as 2k. Sa case nga ng anak ko na lalaki 19 yrs old, separate ko sya inapply at kakamedical lang nya last Feb 14 waiting for visa na rin ay wala akong na submit na any joint account nila ng dad nya, bank account under his name, or even property kasi wala naman nakapangalan sa kanya at lahat ng bank account at property at car registration ay sa akin nakapangalan. But still, he was approved for medical at waiting na rin sa visa. Nauuna kami ng anak ko na babae nag-apply last Dec. 12 kaya nauuna yung visa namin. The only documents I submitted for my son are those documents from my husband and his transcript of records, NBI & passport.

Ay sinabi mo pa, sis. I remember malokaloka ako dun sa issue ng PDOS because of our consultant! Mas alam ko pa sa kanya. (sigh) hehehe. Lapit ko na nga manganak!!! Ang bilis din ng panahon ano? June 8 lang ako nakarating dito tapos manganganak na. hihi. We took some child birth classes kanina.. medyo natatakot ako sa labor! Pero I'm praying for a normal and smooth delivery. Sana nga makapag kita tayo nila ynoweh (dalawa kayong nasa Ontario diba?)... pero mukhang malabo sa sobrang layo nyo.

Congrats, ynoweh!! Sa mga newbies.. nasagot na nila lahat mga tanong nyo so i'll leave it at that. hahaha. Ang swerte nyo at bigay pa dn ng bigay ang mga sis ng mga sagot. God is good... pray always... see you here in Canada!

Hi! I agree with gandanglola and milleth, di mo kelangan nang joint bank account or properties, etc. Marami din dito sa forum ang di nagpasa nang mga ganun pero nasa Canada na now. I think, it's better na ayusin mo na muna lahat nang docs mo para maka-ready si hubby mo maglagay nang kahit CAD$2000 sa bank account nya and magkaroon na sya ng salary sa new job nya. You can also submit his payslips kasi e as proof na may steady income si hubby and that he can support you and the baby. Wag mo masyado madaliin application mo, baka may kelangan ka muna unahin like yun mga docs na kelangan NSO certified, important yun. Ex: marriage cert, birth certs ninyo ni baby and mga passports nyong pareho. Habang inaasikaso mo mga yun, nakakaready din si hubby mo nang pang proof of funds nyo. Hope this helps! God bless!

hello po! congratulations po sa mga nkreceive n ng visa! sunod sunod po dumating! ang galing nman! welcome dn pala po sa mga newbies!

ang dami po ng nmiss ko, ilang days po ako d nkpgcheck ng forum...
Hindi ko po talaga chneck kasi sobrang sad ko po, hindi n namin itutuloy yung application namin ng anak ko.
 I was almost done po gathering our documents and pnprepare ko n po yung cover letter namin. I decided po to call for the 5th and last time sa CEM para naman mailagay ko sa letter na I verified 5x, and to email dn para iattach ko yung response nila sa cover letter namin para sigurado po. I waited 3 days for their reply and I was really disheartened with their response. Ang answer po nila yung katulad ng nasa website n only those who are under the NOC 0,A and B are eligible to apply for the  SOWP, since the LCP is under NOC C, I am not qualified. I was really shocked because even with the 5th call that I made ganun p dn sagot sa akin ng  mga representative nila! I replied with their email, sabi ko po, bakit hindi yun alam ng mga reps nila. Bakit ngbibigay sila ng maling information, kawawa naman yung mga asawa ng mga temporary workers nila n binigyan nila ng false hope.  Sana po kung hindi nila alam merong supervisor n pwede mgclarify. 
Sa call center po ako ngwowork, 2 years po ako na customer service representative and 4 years n po akong supervisor. Kaya naman po disappointed talaga ako... Bilang representatives po sila ang front liners ng CEM, panget po tingnan n hindi nila alam yung sinasabi nila. Kaya nga po sa knila tyo tumatawag or ngiinquire kasi sila dapat ang expert sa topic na hindi natin alam. 

Up to now po hndi ko p alam ang sunod naming gagwin ng anak ko.. Bka po mgapply n lang ng temporary resident visa pero mas mhirap po maapprove dun db? Ano po kay magandang gawin?

Your advices really a big help. sana di po kau mag sawa s kasasagot ng mga inquiries. Namroblema po kc talaga ako bout s fund, buti n lang po binigyan nu ko ng idea kung panu gawan ng paraan hehehe . Wait ko po cguro muna n magkarun xa ng payslips from his new job. Isa isahin ko n po i gather necessary docs.

hello...just a newbee in this forum.I had my medical test 1st week of Feb. at Nationwide Health Services Inc. in Makati.They texted me after 8 days of my medical examination telling that I have to do repeat URINALYSIS.I had a second opinion with the Urinalysis and it resulted that may moderate UTI ako and protein trace.The doctor said UTI can be easily cured but the protein trace has lots of cause.pwede rin un UTI ang cause.Naka sched ako ng repeat Urinalysis this week sa Nationwide sana ok na...but before goin there I plan to have test muna.
Is urine test would cause you big trouble in your medical test?Im still worried for the result this week.Do anyone has experience similar with my case?Thanks and reponses will be very much appreciated.Wish me luck.

hi everyone!im new here...nakakatuwa nman at may nkita kong ganitong forum...very inspiring ang mga messages nyo d2 at sobrang dami mo ring malalaman about sa sowp..just to share lng sa inyo im waiting na rin po for my visa...meron po ba d2 dumaan sa agency? bale eto po yung timeline ko...jan. 27, 2012 napick up sa agency yung req. ko..then feb 10 kinontact ako ng agency to tell na dumating na yung AOR/MR ko pero nakuha ko na sya sa agency feb 14, 2012 ...then feb. 20 na ko nakapagpamedical sa st. lukes dahil may visit ako hehehe...sbi sakin sa st. lukes kokontakin daw if ever my problem sa medical result within 2-3 days ...pag wala daw tumawag ok daw ang result..so thank God nman dahil 1 week na nakalipas at wala nman tumawag sakin... .....naiinspire ako magbasa ng mga post d2...
