From what they told me here, LTO certification after 10 days pa coz ipapaauthenticate nila sa DFA. Duon mo na pick up sa DFA office or you can opt to avail yun door to door delivery nila pero it's P350. Yun International Driver's Permit, after 30 mins, makukuha mo na. Just go to AAP, it's along EDSA near Ford Greenhills.  ahh mas madali nalang idn pala, i mean, hindi na tayo ang magdadala sa dfa para ipaauthenticate. may bayad po ba sa pagkuha ng certification sa LTO? at kahit bago lang po ba DL, eh binibigyan na nila ng certification? magkano na po kaya ngayon IDL? yup, dun ko po kinuha si hubby, sa AAP. nakalimutan ko nalang po kung magkano binayaran ko. thank you sis.  pa-add po pala sa facebook pati kaw na din kuya kenj. pati sa lahat, pa-pm naman ng names ninyo sa facebook. ) thank you po |

hi sis. thank you po sa pag sagot. ^_^ kala ko kasi makakaapekto sa application kung may relatives abroad. kahit ba working lang at hindi permanent sa ibang bansa ung iba kong kamag anak like uncle (half bro ng mother ko) eh need pa rin talaga ilagay sa form? thank you ha? at pasensya na dami ko tanong. hihihi God bless♥ actually, sis yung sakin nilagay ko lang isang tita. yung isang uncle ko hindi ko na nilagay. hindi ko din alam purpose nila sa pag-ask about those info. pero i don't think they will investigate pa talaga kung ilan ang relatives mo abroad. opinion ko lang yun. hihi. |

Does anybody still have problems with our notorious NAIA Immigration people on the spousal open work permit? By this time do spouses with OWPs not 'harrased' and asked to present an OEC?

based on the posts of our sisses here, wala na immigration people already know the work permit type, pero to be on the safe side we still should have copies of our spouse's contract, LMO, & work permit |

sometimes the travel agencies ask for the OEC. but when you say it's a dependent's visa, i think they already understand what it is. Never line up on the left side (OFWs) coz they will ask for an OEC. |

actually, sis yung sakin nilagay ko lang isang tita. yung isang uncle ko hindi ko na nilagay. hindi ko din alam purpose nila sa pag-ask about those info. pero i don't think they will investigate pa talaga kung ilan ang relatives mo abroad. opinion ko lang yun. hihi. thank you sis. actually, nag send nako ng message sa relatives ko abroad, pero ung iba like mga pinsan ko 3rd degree na. so wala ako idea. hindi ako tumatawag sa Cust.serv ng cem, dito nalang ako kumukuha ng mga info at nag tatanong tanong kasi halos lahat dito talagang alam ang sagot. katulad nyo, kasi naexperience nyo na. |

Thanks sa responses. My wife is coming back to Manila to attend to some matters, and is on a SOWP (applied within Canada), but her visa has expired, so she will need to get one from CEM. One of the problems we expected was being on SOWP, and this being known sa CIC systems - if she applies for a visa - baka ang ibigay is W-1 which is a red flag sa NAIA immigration natin (hassle!) pag bumalik naman sya dito. Hopefully walang aberya - will follow the tips here. |
