June 8 flight ko. God is good. Cheaper fare than usual. Yup may letter saying that I should present that paper to immigration for them to issue me the Open Work Permit at Vancouver. Aside from that, yung visa is attached to my passport. So yun lang. |

Hi peeps,
Nappraning ako sa documents na kailangan dalhin. Yung consultant namin kasi sabi mag PDOS daw ako. yung sa ibang forums naman wala naman daw PDOS, walang OEC na kailangan. Tumawag ako sa OWWA sabi naman PDOS daw nila is for those endorsed ng agency. YUng sa CFO naman alam ko immigrants lang. SO san ako classified??
Anong documents ng asawa ko ang kailangan dalhin ko? Ano ba ang OEC sa OWWA receipt??? Kasi iisa lang ang nakita namin ng asawa ko na dala nya going to Canada. OWWA receipt yun. Ang hindi ko maintindihan is ano yung Overseas EMployement Certificate (OEC) nya?
Sana may makatulong sakin... natatakot ako kasi lapit na alis ko!!

Ah ok! So yun pala yun! Ok we saw it na. Iisa lang pala yun! Shucks eh kasi yung sinusundan naming friend hindi din mapaliwanag. Iba daw hawak nya. Eh yung pag itemize nya sakin separate ang OEC sa OWWA receipt kaya napraning kami ng hubby ko. Sabi ko sa hubby ko, "Ok, basta kung ano dala mo sa pag alis dito and pag-enter sa Canada yun ang dadalhin ko". So yun lang pala! Salamat, faithyou! Yup babalitaan ko kayo about the landing process. Kahit ako din hanap ako ng hanap ng forum 2007 pa yung nakita ko. Para updated... post ko dito. Pagpray nyo ako. Thank you! |

need ba ng OEC sa immigration/NAIA? paano kaya ako, si hubby kasi di sya dumaan ng POEA...galing kasi sya ng Dubai. saan agency kaya ako pede pumunta pag ganitong case. salamat ng marami sa inputs, it really helps a lot.

I purchased my ticket here: AIR SPACE TRAVEL and TOURS, INC ( 5223273/5223287/4843426) Nacconfuse ako. Sabi ng consultant namin sa Canada, she recommends pa rin daw na mag PDOS ako. Hindi naman ako tumatangging mag PDOS. I will do what is necessary naman eh. Ano magagawa ko kung sabi eh hindi ko na kailangan? Pde ko ba pilitin magPDOS?  hehe. Hay. Hahanap nalang ako ng mga numbers para masatisfy sila na hindi ko nga kelangan mag PDOS. shucks. hahaha  OEC ng asawa kailangan. Kasi tinanong ko si hubby ano lang pinapakita nya eh. so dala nya OEC nya. Tawag ka sa POEA siguro para sure. |

@ micaela, oo nga noh,wala sya OEC from POEA, or meron ba corresponding OEC from dubai? maybe you can ask CEM about it.  @ ailooney, syempre ok nga yun umatend na pdos diba for us to be oriented sa maraming bagay about canada, eh the question is iallow kaya ng poea/owwa? why not di ba kun pwede.update mo na lang kami ha... |

Shucks ang hirap naman i-contact ng mga government agencies! And they are not even sure sa sagot nila. Tumawag ako sa POEA just now. Sabi "first time mo ba? Syempre kailangan mo ng PDOS!" sabi ko "Pero wala po kasi akong contract, asawa ko po yung andun. open work permit po ako so wala po akong employer" ANG SAGOT "tumawag ka nalang ulet ha. may ano kasi eh... may ano... tumawag ka nalang ulet"... hindi ko alam kung may meeting or kakain lang sya ng breakfast. hehe HELP! hindi ko makontak ang CFO. ring lang ng ring since yesterday. Based from forums kasi hindi kailangan eh. tumawag din kasi sa OWWA and CFO yung sa ibang forums. Kaya nga lang 2007 pa yun. |

hi everyone, i'm so happy! i found this thread. actually, i have a different case, commonlaw-partner kame ng hubby ko for 3 years now, so medyo sensitive ung sitwasyon ko. may 1 kame baby, 1 yr. & 5 mos. na. Mag 1 yr. na ung hubby ko sa Alberta,CA this July pero, na renew na ung contract nya at kalalabas lang ng LMO nya under skilled category na ung employment status. at the moment, naghihintay kame ng anak ko lumabas ung work permit nya, which he just filed last week lang so more or less mga july pa daw un. We're expecting by August makapag apply na ako ng open work permit at visit visa para sana anak ko kasi 1 yr. old palang sya so hinde pa daw pwede ung study permit visa. like others, i have so many questions in mind. gusto ko tlga paghandaan ung araw na mag pa file na kame ng application for OWP & visit visa ng anak ko, kasi mahirap ung pabalik balik ung papel. As early as now, im collating all our supporting papers and evidence to be presented sa embassy. But first thing first, I hope anyone could help me to share the link ng application form for SPOUSE/COMMON LAW PARTNER OPEN WORK PERMIT at Tourist Visa application or kung may kopya man kayo hope you can share it to me. at pati ung mga pointers and tips on how to fill it up. i wish may mag PM sa akin ng form thank u very much. umpisa palang ito ang more to go. matagal pa hihintayin namin ng anak ko. but im crying to death na kasi ang hirap tlga ng malayo sa asawa. thanks. @ vinzoy25, i understand, sobrang stressful talaga malayo ke hubby...marami na rin naman naapproved na mga common law partner eh, need lang talaga to present as many as possible nun mga proofs & evidences... like yun payslips nya dun, proofs of remittances nya to you, joint bank accounts, properties na nakaindicate yun names nyo pareho, yun mga history nun communications nyo over the years (skype & YM),hindi naman talaga nila hihingin yun initially but better if kasama na sya maisubmit together nun application mo.meron naman instruction yun pag fill up ng forms dun sa CIC website.yun forms for tfw gagamitin mo & pwede rin mag ask dun sa call center nila if you have questions...tel # 8459200. hope this helps... |
