if your PR is in process...what if they ask you for some documents, medical, interview etc...if your family going to canada you might not be able to do that...so better yet wait for the results of the PR it wont take long. when is your husband submit the PR application? i think you can go to canada but only as visitors for the meantime.

I think Spousal visa while waiting for the PR result would be difficult. kasi ive read some forums na ganun tapos parang hinintay nalang yung PR result. kasi bawal ang two applications at the same time. dapat nauna muna spousal tapos pagdating dun sabay process ng PR. pero try pa din sa iba im just sharing what ive read.

@ ailooney sis pinapatanung ng husband ko kung saan saan na canadian government agency ngpalit ng marital status husband mo? kasi alam lng dw nya pltan ay yung sa tax lang...thanks if meron pa na iba pplitan mliban sa tax pagive nmn ng details,,,  Hmm... ang unang naasikaso ng hubby ko sa pag change ng status is TAX. aside from that wala na akong alam na papeles na binigay ko na nag change ng status. hope that helps.  |

tumawag ako sa timbol medical to follow up my results July 12, 2011 since eto nakasulat sa receipt ko na follow up date. sabi saken for finalization pa daw ng doctor yung results ko. magfollow up daw ako ulet on thursday which is july 14, 2011. tinanung ko kung sa july 14 mafoforward naba sabi nya tawag nalang daw ako ulet. hay nako lagpas 10 working days ba talaga bago nila iforward sa CEM results ko? kahit pala open yung medical clinic ng sabado hindi pala counted yun sa sinasabi nilang "working days".. haay nalulungkot naman ako...

@ wsongco we received 2nd AOR last May 2011 pero i doubt na madadali ung approval kasi our application is in Buffalo Visa Office and as I've read the slowest visa office raw... nag ask nmn husband ko sa consultant nia in canada sabi puede raw naman mgapply for spousal visa but i'm just wondering kasi la pa me narinig na nagapply ng Spousal na me pending PR application, but i pray na puede...  many thanks ulit sa replies sa question ko... |

@ jeckay, re: SOWP & PR, dun sa sowp application ko i did mention in my cover letter to CEM that " Honestly we have plans of applying for fsw in the future." nagrant naman ang sowp visa ko. if nandun ka na as sowp visa then if pinagmedical ka na eh you can have your medical exam dun sa affiliated clinic in canada. so sa application mo for sowp, you have to mention na your application for fsw is under process.goodluck... |

congratulations to you for having received your visa na.. if you dont mind what is the additional medical report asked to you by the CEM? may clearance ka rin ba na hiningi from a specialist doctor? ako kasi meron din clearance na hiningi because of my thyroid.. I hope you can share some informations regarding this one.
Kelan expiry ng WP ng asawa mo sa BC? ilang months nalang istay nyo doon?

guys ilang weeks ba bago finorward yung medical nyo ng clinic? or pwede rin ilan working days (Monday-friday) diko kasi alam kung within limits pa yung saken. sabi nung clinic date 7-10 working days forward na nila up to yesterday finalization pa daw results ko... 11th working day na ngayon July 13, 2011

sa kin kasi is 3 weeks after my medical dun plang nila nasubmit to CEM. |
