ako sis! more than 20pics ata pinadala ko, would you believe expandable envelope ang ginamit ko sa kapal ng mga supporting docs. na pinasa ko sa CEM, like yung sa pix, paste ko lang sa bondpaper parang scrap book tuloy. good thing yung mga pics namin ng 2008-2009 sa Friendster eh na-print screened ko na bago pa ma-reformat at maglaho ang mga pictures sa FS ko.  kase at least dun may caption na at may date WHEN ADDED, so it only means hinde ako nag-la-lie sa dates. same with FB printscreened ko din mga pictures namin na magkakasama with captions & dates w/c includes, nung flight nya to canada, binyag ng baby ko at mga pics namin sa house at with friends, . then everytime mag-skype kame at chat sa yahoo. print screened ko din yun as proof of continues comm. din, hinde ko na nagawang ipa burn sa CD yung iba...kase out of time na so namili nalang ako at pina-print ko lahat. pero sa case ko kase madugo kase may mga pina notarized pa kame na declaration of common-law union. pero siguro isa sa matibay na proof namin is yung baby namen. kaya im hoping na wala na din akong ma-receive na questionaire kase declared naman ako ni hubby as his common-law partner from his WP application nya last year pati sa T1 & T4 nya. 

ndi ko alam sis eh.. pero siguro naman pwede mo na mconvinced c VO,.. correct me if im wrong ah.. you have a kid na together diba? ok na siguro nga yung sayo im really not sure ah..depende pa din sa VO ntn yan... sa kin nga, ndi ko pa sure eh.. huhuhu... sana talaga wala na...

aahh sya magdala ka nalang ng extra just in case. San ka nga ulet dito sa Canada? Nalilito na kasi ako sa dami natin haha. Sa NE Calgary ako. Same with deltaromeo, enyale, oxie18, imsamazing... i-download mo yung WeatherEye from the weather network (iPhone App). reliable sya. everyday ko sya tinitingnan. sa week na ito warm na sa lagay ng -12 with windchill... pero last sat lang nag -29C kami. So maghanda-handa ka na. Sa loob naman ng bahay walang prob kasi may heater. nakapag adjust na ako kahit sa basement kami nakatira kasi summer pa naabutan ko.

yep, 5 months preggy. our first. buti nalang nakapagwork agad. whew. Kasi hindi ako makaka-avail nung 11months maternity leave with pay kung hindi ako nakapag work ng 600 hrs prior to my delivery. God is good talaga!

bro, bale 14 questonnaires lahat yun, mga questions about how and when kmi nagmeet, sino ang nagpakilala sa amin, kung ikinasal ba kmi,( videos and photos with relatives kelangan) when..kung kilala daw ba nya relatives ko, something ganun tapos meron pa dun tanung kung arranged marriage daw ba kmi..madali lang naman bro, yun nga kelangan lang sila masatisfy na totoo tlga yung marriage.

hi solit!.. ask ko lang, ano pinasa na docs ni hubby mo? meron na ba sya sinubmit na pics nyo,love letters,remittances, etc... kasi ako, sinubmit ko na lahat ng pwd mag convince kay VO na genuine ung relationship and marriage namin ni hubby eh, (5 pics of us with friends & relatives--both sides, love letters from canada, cover letter with love story namin ni hubby, & iRemit remittances from 2009-present).. kaya lang wala pa din kasi kame baby ni hubby, kaya yun lang inaalala ko.. wag naman na sana ako bigyan ng questionnaire, pampatagal lang un eh..

halu sis, bale wedding pics lang kasi ang pinasa nya nung una, di sya naglagay ng remittances and other pics and love letters kasi nasa probinsya yung mga gamit namin kaya siguro pinadalhan pa.hopefully masubmit na din ds week...

i see. sana nga wag na rin kami padalhan nun. i submitted some pictures of me and my wife spanning several years naman, saka a few email messages since 2003. tapos ala pa yung official wedding pictures eh, so i submitted the ones taken by my semi-official photographer/friend/witness

Yes, sis papapick-up mo ulet ang papers mo. may instructions yung call center agent. lalagyan mo yun ng "additional documents" eh. i think wala na silang hihingin pa sayo unless humingi ulet ng clarifications. pero palagay ko decision na yung next... VISA na basta unahin mong makumpleto kesa magmadali. yun ang importante.

wedding pics lang ba inattach nya? sinuggest kasi nung mga nk-alis na kht 3 pics lang basta meron mga kasama or witnesses.. then nilagyan ko yung pics ko sa likod nun kung where & when kinuhanan yun..
pero syempre i cant tell din masyado diba, wala pa kasi ako narereceive na questionnaire (and i hope wag na nga ko padalhan nun..) i anyway, wait2 na lang tayo to be with our loved ones..

the thing with the questionnaire kasi.. mas organized yung presentation mo nung mga pictures mo and mas detailed yung presentation ng love story nyo sa VO. yung mga hindi pinadalhan dito sa forum is yung mga matagal ng kasal or yung may kids. si faithyou mga 5 yrs na ata silang kasal. I was hoping na hindi na din ako padalhan nun kasi 2 yrs na kaming kasal before ako nag apply ng SOWP. i was expecting my visa after my medical na. Nakakainis lang kasi sana gawin na nilang sabay with the AOR and MR para isang pasa nalang with clarifications. Pinatatagal pa kasi nila lalo. hindi mo tuloy alam kung part pa yun nung 8 wks processing. kaya hindi din ako nangulit sa embassy nun. takot ako mag follow-up.

Hello again everyone! 

I am currently gathering all my docs na in preparation for December. I'm planning to pass na kasi my SOWP application. So I am reading again the posts of everybody here. Supposedly, Mercan is gonna help us with my application but I was able to convince my hubby na ako na lang magisa coz sayang naman ang $1,000. I told him about this forum and that madaming tumutulong dito so I do hope I can do this! Good luck to me!

So anyway, nabasa ko kasi that some of you submitted a cover letter. May I know para saan yun? Kasi sa Mercan requirements, wala naman yun sa listahan nila, so I have no idea what it's for. Please enlighten me. Hehehe! Thanks! So I visited na din the website of CEM and based na din sa mga posts ninyo, I am planning to submit the following:

- From me: My resume (is this really necessary?), COEs ko, College Diploma and TOR, NBI clearance, NSO copies of my BC and our marriage contract, CENOMAR (I thought lang, send ko na din para lang sure? Need ko ba talaga?), pictures of me and my husand throughout the years with details of each picture and cards/love letters he sent me (I am not comfortable sending these, medyo personal pero some of you sent them and I think nakatulong naman, so what the heck?  )

- From hubby: Copies of his WP, LMO and employment contract, bank certificate, copy of his 2010 T4, letter of financial support (again, I didn't know about this, pero nagpagawa na din ako sa kanya), Sept-Nov pay stubs, a copy of a property title we bought here na nakapangalan samin dalawa (Sa tingin nyo, is this necessary pa? Gusto ko lang idiin na may "strong ties pa ako sa home country ko")

Naisip ko din, can I also attach receipts from our wedding? Para naman maniwala sila na totoo yun wedding namin? Or OA na? Hehehe! Baka kasi di sila ma-convince coz wala pa kaming kids and 2.5 years pa lang kaming married. Kinakabahan lang ako, ayoko ng matagal na processing coz afterall, more than 4 years na sya sa Canada at matagal na kami di nagkikita

Sa forms naman, I based it sa links that Ynoweh posted (thanks sis!): IMM 1295, IMM 5645, IMM 5488 and both Work Info at Personal Info sheets (Tama po ba?) Just to clarify, di ko na talaga need i-fill out ang IMM 5257 or Application for TRV? Thanks!

Sorry, ang haba ng post ko na ito at I guess, medyo paulit-ulit na questions ko. I just really, really wanna make sure I'm doing everything right. I hope you guys understand.

Oh, I forgot. Passport pala and the biodata page, isasama ko na din. Yun current passport lang naman diba? Coz I already have 3 passports. I don't have to send them all, yun current lang, tama po ba? Salamat po ulit!!!

Hi Sis, Pareho pala tayo by Dec. 8 din kami mag submit na ng documents through our agency AIMS. I think everything you mentioned ay okay na but then parang kailangan ng photo as canadian embassy requirements or specification. Also, hiningi rin sa amin yung remittances receipts. Not so sure kung kailangan ng resume mo. Nag submit kaya yung iba dito sa forum ng resume nila para maisama ko rin.

hi sis nigella! yan din mga cnend ko, almost exact like yours..,
ung cover letter, para lang yan sa pagconvince kay VO na genuine yung relationship nyo ni hubby mo thru love story.. not all naman pero singitan mo na lang ng mga ganun.. pero at first, introduction muna bakit ka nagaapply ng visa...
i also passed my resume & coe's,.. yung property title nyo ok din yun para alam nila na meron kayong babalikan dito sa pinas.. i didn't pass a cenomar (kasi i assumed na married naman na ako, so what's the use of it.. wala lang.. pero madame dito napass nun)..
yung receipts sa wedding nyo, not necessary naman pero if i were you i would send a copy of dvd/vcd of my wedding pics/video.. para makita ni VO na madame kayo witness and hindi arrange marriage yung kasal nyo..
about sa passport, sabi ni hubby kelangan daw isend lahat (sabi nya ah!).. kasi daw para malaman daw ni VO if totoo yung mga travel abroad mo...

kelan ka kinasal sis? kame kasi ni hubby 2yrs 11months na kasal... so sad kasi 1st time namin hindi magkakasama ngayong anniv namin.. yearly kasi sya umuuwi eh..sabi nga nung mga friends & family namin, ginagawa nya lang daw bulacan-manila ang canada-philippines..haha.. wala pa din kame baby kaya talagang kelangang matinding pagcconvince kay VO nito diba...

Wow, yan din ang date na iniisip namin ni hubby! Kasi medyo superstitious ako, and I think 8 is a lucky number sa mga chinese. Hahahaha! Hi Sis! February 28, 2009 ang wedding anniv namin Oct 2007 sya umalis for canada, grabe tagal na, no? Pero BF ko na sya nun for more than 2 years. So kung iisipin mo, parang mahirap i-convince si VO nyan. Kaya lahat ng pwede kong isend, isesend ko na. Ka-careerin ko na ito! So you're right, better nang sobra kesa kulang. Iniiwasan ko din na padalhan ako ng questionnaire coz hassle lang yun, e. So I really am trying to be careful...

Si hubby naman, 2x na syang umuwi since umalis sya pero, nakakalungkot pa din na malayo. Swerte mo, yearly sya umuuwi Also, malapit mo na makuha VISA mo, you'll be reunited na ulit, you can start a family na!
