Hehe oo nga...  paper application ba inapply pareho? Ksi malamang mauna pa marelease un wp sa new employer...  mas ok dahil skilled na sya...  God bless, sis! Good luck  @ ynoweh: same sakin. Nauna pa ang new employer mag file ng LMO. Sept 27 sila nagpasa and sabi sa kanila is 8 wks ang expected processing nung LMO na yun Tapos nag file kami ni hubby ng WP for the new employer nung Oct 22. Sa current employer naman Oct na nagfile ng LMO tapos end of Oct kami nag file ni hubby para sa current employer. So yah.. sigurista din kami hahaha bale 600CAD nagastos. Ok na yun kesa mapauwi kami. Nanigurado lang. Sabi nga nila mas napabuti pa daw na nabuntis ako agad kasi mas malaki daw chance if mag apply ng PR kasi may baby na ipapanganak dito. |

tnx sayo sis sa pagrereply sa mga tanong ko at least nawawala worried at madami ko nalalaman sa mga post mo sana pg my mga tanong pako reply kpa wag k sana mgsawa heheheh!!!! ng email nako pg my mgandan balita share ko sayo sana sa awa ng Diyos datin na visa ko kc minsan naiinip din me mg antay saka di me makaalis ng haus bk kc anytime my dumating di ako maabutan...

You're welcome, sis. Sabi nga ng hubby ko bakit pa daw ako bukas ng bukas nitong forum eh tapos na daw ako. EH sabi ko naman may natututunan pa din ako lalo na ibat iba na ang lumalabas sa sitwasyon. Pati yung andito nagtatanong na din about mga LMO at WP. Adik na daw ako kasi araw-araw ko binubuksan. hehe. Nilagay ko kasi sa Top Sites ng safari kaya madaling mabuksan. Hi!! It's Spousal Open Work Permit..Once she gets there, she does not need to have LMO to be able to legally work... No need for show money... Some submitted proof of funds and some actually didn't, but the results were the same, they all got their visas.. The Visa Officer will not assess the credentials of your spouse but yours only.... But if she can include her pertinent documents, then better. By the way, I had sent you a message at page 93 of this forum... You may have not read it yet... Once ok na lahat ng marital status mo and your wife sa papers, then she can apply for SOWP and you can apply for CEC already.. God bless!!! [/quote mam. gud pm, paano kaya yun, wala pa kaming hawak na marriage certifcate galing NSO, meron lang certified thru copy galing civil registrar lang, at ayun lang din hawak k dito. and yung pumunta ako para sa SIN, ng try ako mag pa change sinabihan nila ako na di pwede daw kapag mag apply daw ako ng new work permit duon ko na daw i declare na my asawa na ako. and my Idea po ba kayo na ano pang papers na dapat ko i change of status din? blank na po ako hehhe thank you |

alam ko sis wala interview pg spousal visa kc halos lahat ng kasabayan ko n namedical at nakaalis na di cla dumaan ng interview ako lng kc naiwan sa kanila wala p rin visa ko waiting pa rin hehhhehh!!!

Halu sis!!! I suggest you both accomplish the forms: Work Permit Info and Personal Info... Kasi as far as I know, pag spouse, yun Work Permit Info form (see post of ladychloe at page94), nabanggit nya na pinadalhan sya ng CEM ng Work Permit Info form to accomplish kasabay ng MR nya. So ibig sabihin, yun talaga ang required. Sabi sakin ng CEM agent, pag spouse: Work Permit Info form, pag minor naman: Personal Info form, pero para safe iaccomplish mo nadin dahil nasa checklist na binigay sayo ng Mercan... Good luck... iready mo na po docs mo...  tama isabay muna yun work permit information form kc ako pinadalhan ako nembassy ksabay nun request for medical at additional documents...gudluk sa atin lahat.... |
