Bad news mga peeps... our 2 WP applications were denied. I guess it is for the reason na wala pang approved LMO for both. Sad thing is yung current employer eh hindi nag eeffort. wala syang natanggap na response from Service Canada regarding the filed LMO application tapos hindi nya chineck ito bakit walang response. Sa new empployer naman, umapila na sila ulet and final decision was negative. so new employer is filing for another LMO. Ang laki ng gastos. ngayon they are asking us to file for restoration naman. so gastos nanaman. Baka hindi ko na mapapunta dito Mom ko for my baby's delivery.  Please continue to pray for us. The same thing happened to my hubby, his old WP expired last Sept 25 and yun LMO nya, negative din and his employer didn't do anything about it coz twice na daw negative. But he still tried to renew it online and at the same time, naghanap sya nang ibang employer na. His new employer was able to apply for a positive LMO pero since expired na old WP nya, they took the initiative to apply for his restoration of status kasabay ng application nya for new WP. They paid $350, so yeah, gastos nga na naman pero at least, pwede pa kayo magstay sa Canada until you get things sorted out. I do hope maging positive na ang LMO nyo. Prayers lang, sis. Sorry about that, sis.. But, don't you ever lose hope... You said, no response yet from Service Canada regarding LMO applied by the same employer.. Positive ang LMO nyan, you just have to wait.. Try calling Service Canada yourself and follow it up, kung ayaw makipagtulungan employer nyo. Although Service Canada won't be able to provide you the status of your employer's LMO application, you can just ask its staff of the dates that they are currently working on the submitted applications. You'd probably get the idea as to when the positive LMO will be issued, then apply for WP extension along with restoration of status. Make sure that you do it prior to February 2, 2012. Tama po lahat sinabi ni Nigella15.
Also, I suggest that you search for other skilled jobs for your hubby while waiting for the LMO for same employer..
Sis, wag kang masyado mag-alala, God will take care of everything.. Di naman Nya kayo pababayaan. Just trust Him and everything will be put in place...God bless.
