Walang tatawag na CEM about your application sis, ang alam ko tatawag lang sila if meron kang PHONE INTERVIEW... pero to tell you about your visa status, walang magiinform... Makikita mo na lang yung courier mo nasa harap na ng bahay mo with your documents and, with God's grace, your VISA  Stop worrying na, ma-stress ka lang nyan... Just trust GOD,.. Kahit anu pa yan, dahil pinag-pray mo yan s Kanya.. He will be the one to give you a favorable result ok.. Just wanted to share po time line for my husband and kids' application, para sa mga medyo natagalan at na stress katulad ko kung ma a approve paba , regular po ako nag o open ng forum pero dahil super busy diman ako naka kapag post kina copy ko yung mga suggestions and informations and na se send ko sa hubby ko for his reference. 2 weeks ago I posted sa FB All I want for Christmas .....my Family, and daily nag po post ako ng quotes about power of prayers , kahit medyo naka ka worry tuloy tuloy lang ang hingi ng pabor kay Lord na sana i grant nya na makasama kuna sila this Christmas ( pangatlong Christmas na sana na malayo ako) Malaking tulong yung nakikita mo yung time lines na mga kasama sa forum na naka alis na.. It fuels yung hope na tayo rin.. @ Nigella15 I think tama si Chel12, you better submit the NEW WP kasi doon sila mag base at wag na isama yung dati. Ano nakalagay na effectivity ng LMO at new contract nya? If it is January 2012, okay lang na yan ang submit mo just explain in your covering letter that he will start on January and you are submitting the old pay stubs for their reference that he is continously working legally using the old WP kung di pa expired ha! Pero kung expired na eh wag mo na isama yung pay stubs kasi naka-indicate naman sa new employment contract nya yung bagong pay rate nya as skilled worker and understood na mag-start pa lang sya ng Jan 2012. At samahan mo na lang ng ibang additional support docs like remittances receipts, his bank statement and yours, property, insurance, pati nga credit card ng hubby mo or kung meron syang mga hinuhulugan ng gadgets like laptop, iphone, car etc. na naka plan like sa telus, rogers etc. Kasi iyong consultant namain isinama yung sa telus statement ng husband ko. Sis Good luck sana makatulong ito sa iyo. |

Prayer Request, guys! We applied for two WPs (current and new employer)... problem is ang tagal ng LMO. Initially denied pa nga yung LMO nung new employer pero binigyan ng chance na maglabas ulet ng ad to prove na walang Canadian na fit sa qualifications na nag apply. Tapos current employer says that he didn't receive any acknowledgement/response from Service Canada (Oct pa sila nagsend). Please pray with us regarding this. We are not really worried because we are holding on to our faith that God has a purpose why He has sent us here in Canada. Plus eto nga I'm 6 months preggy na. I just hope hindi masayang yung gastos namin na 600CAD para dun sa 2 Wps. Sana kahit isa maapprove in time. Sana magkaron na ng positive LMOs. Thank you for your support! God bless everyone! |

Thanks Ate Milleth!!! By the way, I had taken a glance on some previous posts, and I have noticed na sa checklist po na pinost ko dati where I was asking kung complete, I have forgotten to include the Work Permit Info form for Spouse of Skilled Worker and Personal Information form for minors, also yun payslips and cert of employment ng spouse. May mga subsequent posts para masupplement sa checklist yun mga nakalimutan... Naaccomplished mo po yun Work Information Form? If ever hindi, si ladychloe pinadalahan ng MR/AoR along with request for Work Info Form, so no worries naman pero dapat po kasama na gad sa initial submission. Good luck po sa application natin... Sis, did your hubby's present employer call Service Canada for follow-up? If not, I guess your hubby should request his employer to do so (employer to tell Service Canada na may WP application na pending at malapit na iprocess kaya kung pwede mafacilitate ang LMO), especially CPC - V is now processing online applications for WP (same employer) received on October 22, 2011... Dapat na po kayong makibalita sa LMO dahil you need to advise CPC-V of the Confirmation Number anytime soon... Basta sis, keep your faith, last minute it will work out well, pati yun sa new employer, magiging okay na after re-advertising...... Our prayers are always with you, sis.... You've been our leader here... Cheer up and let God handle everything for you.... |

Just his new WP, his new LMO and new employment contract. At the same time, i will still submit his pay stubs from his current employer, period of Oct-Dec. For the property, kakatawag lang nang broker namin kanina, ipapadala na daw nya sakin via LBC yun contract namin. So wait ko na lang yun. I decided not to submit my savings account sa BDO kasi nakakahiya naman at konti lang laman nun. Hehehe! Pero yun sa BPI, I will submit that coz dun nagsesend si hubby ng money starting Jan 2011. Antagal nga nun, e, di pa sakin pinapadal nang BPI, 2 weeks ago pa ako nag request  hay, antagal. I've been doing double checks on everything, pati mga forms ko and all. I think all is set na basta dumating na within the week ang mga docs na inaantay ko. I'm gonna call na nga CEM tomorrow coz I'll be requesting them to schedule na the pick up of my docs. I remember kasi may nagsabi to call ahead coz after 2 days pa before nila pick up docs so I guess, either by Weds or Thurs, ready na lahat nang docs ko. Shocks, that'll be before Christmas. My hubby's telling me after Christmas na lang daw. Excited kasi ako, e. Gusto ko nang matapos na ito. What do you guys think? After Christmas na lang or this week na? Baka daw kasi di din nila pansinin application ko at baka maforget pa nila coz holiday season na... Merry Christmas to all and God bless our applications! |

God bless us all.. @ ynoweh Nothing to worry kasi nag submit ako ng WOrk Info Form PIF for my daughter. It was given by our consultant also. Sana mabilis ma approve yung visa namin ng anak ko na babae kasi after mag apply ako ng open work permit for my son on our own. Ayaw kasi ng consultant namin isabay yung sa kanya. But I know makakasama rin namin yung anak kong lalaki (19 yrs. old). |

Just a piece of advise with regards to cover letter, my consultant prepare for us and upon reading the content the following items were included: List of all supporting documents, required documents by CEM, mentioning of not overstaying in Canada. you will go back to your hometown, mention accompanied child, your husband's financial support is enough for your living and do not write more than 2 pages according to my consultant.
