Aside from that, yun mga Embassy forms natin, IMM Form 1295 and IMM 5257 at yun Personal Information Sheet. Downloadable sa www.cic.gc.ca. Ladies, question ulit, nabasa ko dito ang Work Info Sheet ang finill out nyo, sa Mercan kasi, sabi nila sakin Personal Info Sheet daw. Haaayyyy, I don't know which is which. Please help me.... Halu sis!!! I suggest you both accomplish the forms: Work Permit Info and Personal Info... Kasi as far as I know, pag spouse, yun Work Permit Info form (see post of ladychloe at page94), nabanggit nya na pinadalhan sya ng CEM ng Work Permit Info form to accomplish kasabay ng MR nya. So ibig sabihin, yun talaga ang required. Sabi sakin ng CEM agent, pag spouse: Work Permit Info form, pag minor naman: Personal Info form, pero para safe iaccomplish mo nadin dahil nasa checklist na binigay sayo ng Mercan... Can someone please help me with this question? Implied status ba ang tawag kapag expired na ang current work permit sa current employer but may new work permit na in process for a different employer? Can the employee still continue working for his current employer if this is the case? Thanks everyone!  I'm sorry sis but no, your hubby can't work with existing employer if no WP renewal/extension was filed prior to the expiration of existing. "Implied status" applies only when TFW submits WP application for SAME employer. See details below: "5.22. Work without a work permit R186(u)—Implied status
R186(u) allows for persons to continue working under the conditions of an expired work permit, as long as they applied for a new work permit before the original work permit expired. Once the
decision has been made, the client will either have to leave Canada or will continue as a worker who holds a valid work permit." Kelan ang expiry ng existing WP ni hubby mo?... Same case ng brother in law ko. May conversations kami ni ailooney regarding this.. Pakiread ng earlier posts, may binanggit din ata ako dun about OP 11 Item 24 of Foreign Worker Manual, icheck ko ulit pag may time... God's grace, your hubby will have other options... hello !thank sa info.....nagpamedical po ako sa nationwide baguio...hnd nyo din ba nakuha result?sabi kce nla 2 to 3 days daw pag walang call or txt ok medical...then 2 to 3 weeks processing medical....ganon din po b sa inyo???/nakakatakot tuloy kce yong isa 1 week tapos may tumawag daw sa kanya ,pinapabalik cya don kce may problema medical nya... sana maging ok na lahat..... |

I see. Thanks for the info, sis! Dalawang Work Permits kasi ang prinoprocess ngayon for my husband, yun sa current employer nya (WP expired Sept 25) and yun sa new employer. Pero mas pinili nyang magresign na lang sa current employer nya but since wala pa new WP from the new employer, di muna sya nagreresign. Ok lang naman yun, diba? Ang lam ko dpt ideclare kung may inapply na before... Wait, sayang ang isang 150cad? Risk taker ka nga din po, hehe.... So sorry, di me masyado familiar.. Unang inapply is yun same employer. I think na-declare naman ng new employer na may isa pang WP na in process. Ang gulo ng case ng asawa ko, diba? Hehehe!
