goodluck sa application mo. nag-submit ka na pala. ako wait pa kami til 1st week of dec kasi need ng consultant yung proof of funds at least CAD$5k daw at statement account ng husband plus payslip. sobrang sigurista yung consultant when it comes to funds. pero lahat docs namin ay ready na. nakakainip nga at sobrang lungkot sa kakaisip. Pero nilalakasan ko na lang ang loob mo kasi alam ko may dahilan Sya sa lahat ng mga nangyayari. All I have to do is to trust Him. In God's time alam ko makakapunta tayo lahat dun.

May I ask kung meron po dito sa forum na na-late ng forward ang Nationwide sa medical ng anak? Pero nakasabay pa din siya sa issuance ng visa ng kanyang nanay at ibang kapatid? Or pwedeng mauna ang visa ng nanay at kapatid? Nakakaparanoid maghintay at mag-isip kung saan timeline ang dapat i-count. Oct.24 naforward ang medical ng isang anak ko due to repeat x-ray, pero kami ng kapatid nya ay Oct.6/10.... magkakasabay kaya dadating ang permit? Hay.

this may not be the best answer pero your best bet in basing your timeline would be the latest date that the medical results have been forwarded, which is Oct.24. parang may naaalala kasi ako na similar case sa iyo from the previous posts. mga sis, pa-verify naman po  

question ko naman po sa inyong mga palipad or nakarating na sa canada: nung bumili kayo ng tickets, roundtrip or one-way po ba ang kinuha nyo?
i know na one week pa lang since natanggap yung application ko, pero it doesn't hurt to plan early    saka para ma-monitor ko na rin ang trend ng ticket prices habang papalapit ang expected departure date ko  

Korek kenj, the earlier booking the lower the ticket price. One-way ticket lang dear (parang kanta lang)hehe.

Hi gurl lapit na un visa niu, dont worry kasi even un skin nauna naforward sa CEM kesa kids q pero sabay sabay pa rin dumating visa and CEM even called me para iconfirm kung ngpamed na kids q kasi daw la pa cia nakita... padating na gurl visa niu... definitely u'll celebrate white christmas with ur hubby

 @ jeckay Kundi lang kami nakapagbayad na sa agency ng $800 as fee sana nag direct na lang kami. Kasi nakita ko itong forum after n namin makapagbayad eh. Sayang talaga, tapos ang laki pa ng hinihingi nila proof of funds. Anyway, sabi nila kasi kapag malaki ng kid ay medyo malaki talaga hinahanap. My daughter is 15 yrs old at yung anak ko nga lalaki na 19 years old ay di na namin includew muna sa SOWP application. Kasi sabi agencu mas lalong malaki na funds ang kailangan. Kaya nga nalungkot yung anak ko lalaki. Anyway tapusin muna nya mechanical engineering course nya. Anyway graduating na sya next year. Hopefully kapag nasa canada na kami next year ayusin kagad namin PR namin para makasunod kagad sya. By mid Dec pa kami mag-apply kasi dun pa lang ready yung savings at pera namin $5,000 at statement of account nya for November. Sana nga early next year maka-alis na kami. Sobrang lungkot kasi.

super thanks! cge asikasuhin ko sya after ng resignation ko sa work. yup ang alam ko sa international license is 1 yr lng validity.

kung magastos kumuha nung international license i suggest kumuha ka na ng alberta license. pero kung gusto mo na magdrive pagdating mismo, e di go international nalang agad. hehe.

nakakahinayang ung $800, kasi pede ka tlga mag direct application. pero dahil nakabayad na kayo, wala na tlga choice kundi sundin ung agency. pero i really think na the agency are NOT aware kung paano naaapprove ung SOWP (both for spouse & kids) kasi it is really recommended na isama lahat ng kids and no doubt na maaprub yan ng embassy. in my case, i applied direct...me as SOWP + study permit for 2 kids (13 & 16 yrs old.) i did not include any bank statement from my hubby NOT even his payslips. the only proof of fund i include is my P100,000 bank statement. and our application was approved. actually dati i consulted Mercan abt processing of WP for my hubby, their rate is $700. i just asked so many questions then i told them i'll be back, but with the information i got from them plus sa infos i got from the internet, naging confident ako to do it on my own. wala pa itong forum noong nag aapply kami ng hubby ko. his work permit was approved in 1.5 mos from the time of application, it was processed in Dubai and i was the one who arrange his papers all the requirements and how he will apply sa Abu dhabi embassy. so i think we did it right kc naaprub nman hubby even w/o consultants.

sa app ko naman sa pinas, the only problem na naencounter ko ay ung medical ko kaya nadelay kmi, but definitely proof of fund is not a concern...provided your hubby's income in Canada can support 4 family members. and considering you're applying for spousal work permit, so ang assumption dun e magwowork ka and you will also have income. immigration officers are looking at our application as temporary status in Canada, we just have to prove that we will return to Phils by providing them with proof of ties to our home country (like land titles/properties, savings, and extended families who are still in Phils). Until you're applying for PR, then you need to provide large amt of funds.

sayang naman kung di mo maisama ung isa mong anak, napakaganda ng benefits ng mga bata dito...libre lahat at mas maaga mo sila madala dito mas mbuti. your husband can also claim additional tax refund kung mas mraming members ng family ang nandito and applying for permanent resident one time is easier, especially kung inside canada na kayo lahat. kaya kung ako sayo, i will include my son sa app nyo. your son has to fill out a separate application for study permit plus he needs to submit NBI clearance since he's already over 18 yrs old.

just my suggestions and sharing, it is still up to you. your agency is really something, i hope they know what their doing para di na nahihirapan ung mga kliyente nila. goodluck to your application...just have faith, God is always there to guide us and grant our wishes ))

Yun brother kc ni hubby pinagreready npo ng papers para sa SOWP ang magiina nya: wife, 11 year old son and a 1 year old... Kaso di ko sila maasist sa little bulilit nila. Kung may nakaexperience npo, pls pashare para po matulungan natin sila. Thanks guys! Regards....
