Hi, sis! Tumpak ang iyong mga kasagutan. Actually, hindi naman talaga required na malaki ang show money since may work nga ang hubby and expected to work ang wifey. Ang kaso the older the kid, it might need a little more income. Pero yun nga ang mga sisses natin yung iba payslip lang naman ang pinakita.

Sa mga queries mo naman, sis... I don't remember putting my name at the back of my check pero kung tatawag ka naman sa call center, they will give you the answer. Wag mo lang muna iclose yung LONG BROWN ENVELOPE and don't write anything at the back muna. Psensya na kasi January pa ako nag apply hehehe. Tapos dun naman sa form tama yung mga sagot ni Kenj. Questions yun about your employer so understood naman na wala ka pang employer. Some answered N/A or NOT APPLICABLE.

Did I miss anything out? Bilis humaba ng thread. Natulog lang ako eh 2 pages na nadagdag hehe. Ask nyo nalang ako ano pa concerns. Baka naskip ko yung iba. Thanks

Dear, lahat po ba ng members nagsubmit ng diploma at TOR? Certified True Copy po ba or mere photocopies will do? Ipapaauthenticate pa po ba sa DFA? I'll run out of time pag ginawa lahat yun, pero kung required, I'll have no other recourse but to do it all..  

How about CHED Certification?  

Also, sa application ng kid ko need po ba original NSO copy ng Marriage Cert namin mag-asawa? Unfortunately, 1 lang ang narequest ko sa NSO eh need din sa application ko... If needed, kukuha ulit po me...

Hi Ynoweh! thank you for providing all the links and for the prayers. I will continue to pray as well for all of us aspiring to be with their family. My husband already pay for AIMS for CAD$800 just last week kasi nga we thought it is best for us to get a consultant kasi nahihirapan na sya na magkakalayo kami n pamilya. But then after paying the consultant it seems they are reluctant to assist us kasi medyo busy pa raw sila kaya 2nd week of Nov pa kami assist. Nakakainis nga kasi mga Filipino pa naman may-ari ng AIMS including the consultant. Buti na lang na meet ko kayo lahat dito. I feel relieved and at peace. Thank you so much. Sis, since your hubby paid the consultancy fee already, AIMS has no reason of delaying its assistance to you and your hubby as its clients... You can exercice your rights, days count... Naaalala ko yun case ko before na we engaged the services of CIC (Canadian Immigration Consultancy not Citizenship and Immigration Canada), and paid 65k para sa Federal Skilled Worker Class Application ko.. June 19, 2010 final na lahat papers ko nagsign na ko sa forms, gave the bank draft of 1,250CAD, paid the courier of 2k, and everything. All the while I thought it was submitted by CIC to Nova Scotia.  The Ministerial Instructions in Canada changed on June 26, 2010 (7 days after the completion of my docs), and unfortunately the list of highly in-demand positions was reduced to 29 only from 38 and sadly, my occupation NOC 0213 was no longer included in the list.. Ang simple reason kaya di nila nasubmit: di daw pumasok ang agent ko ng ilang araw (pero naturn-over na sa kanila) kaya di nila naasikaso... Nagwala talaga ako sa main office nila, at kahit nakalagay sa contract na di marerefund kahit nagkaproblem application, kinausap ko may-ari talagang idedemanda ko sila, ayun nirefund lahat..Pero imagine ang Loss of Opportunity para samin pamilya--nandun na sana kami as PR--- pero I believe everything happens for a purpose, baka di pa talaga naman time na makapunta nun, we left it all up to Him.. Sensha na, nadala lang ako ng bad experience ko sa consultancy firm.  Anyway, what I wanted to say is that di dapat magpapetiks petiks ang AIMS sa pag-assist sa inyo... Good luck sa application nyo.. Hi ynoweh i suggest call ka rin sa CEM landlyn 8459200 para masabi nia ung mga docs and application forms that they really require kasi un iba namin sinubmit isinabay na lang nmin kasi nkita nga nmin from this forum CEM ask for additional docs...

tama ka aug 8 ako ng pamedical but i didn't do xray kc 1st trimester ko that time. then last oct 19 i rcvd a letter from CEM n they need a further medical information before they make a decision about my application. my letter din cla pra sa medical institution n pinuntahan ko. last oct 24 ng pa xray n ko. pinayagan na ko ng OB ko na mgpa xray basta my abdominal shield. sabi after 1 week pag ok ang xray ko they will forward it to the embassy. pls pray for me na ok na pra m approved n visa ko. now im going 5 months to my 2nd baby (twins)... para pede p kming bumyahe ng anak ko. we applied also a student permit for my 6 yrs. old son. thank you

Hi sis... for me, I left them blank since disabled naman sya. Then I clicked Validate to make sure that I have accomplished the form correctly. Dapat pag nagprint ka ng form kasama ung mga bar codes sa last page. Hope this helps

depends on your bank sis. i dunno if all banks offer it kasi, and usually may bayad. tapos yung amount will just be deducted from your account. bale kukuha ka two MCs for you and your son.
tulog pa mga sisses natin na nakapag-pass na ng application / andun na sa canada eh, they'll be the best ones to answer that question

sis hindi n kylangan na dalhin sa DFA ung TOR mo. sa akin ung original ang pinasa ko. ibabalik naman ata nila pg ok na application... 1 nso marriage contract lang ang kylangan then sa kids mo nso bcert lng nila ang kylangan. sana nga sis lumabas n visa nmin... salamat

Hi dear! yup, parang ang alam ko lahat ngsubmit ng TOR and diploma, both original..no need for DFA authentication.. pero ung CHED cert, alam ko hindi ganun ka-importante..

Yung birth and marriage certificates naman, dapat nga NSO certified yun and only 1 needed each.. Hindi ko nga lang sure kung ibabalik nila yun original copy mo.. Pero yung TOR and diploma, ibabalik naman yun...

Grabe pala ngyari sayo sis... Pero that's good, you still saw it as a positive experience... and ganyan din ginagawa ko.. Before kasi nag-apply ako ng Work Visa nung 2009.. and n-refused yung application ko, baka wala na daw ako balak bumalik dito sa Pinas.. Pero still, I said to myself "hindi pa din time! dadating din sa'min ang right time!"... And now alam ko malapit na dumating yun.. Kaya stay positive always.. God bless!

Hi Leila! sa BPI ako kumuha ng MC pero I didn't write anything at the back.. wala kasi ininstruct yung agent nung tumawag ako.. and unfortunately, last Oct.20 ko pnpick up yung application ko, and binalik nung Oct.22 (kasi stupid me, i forgot to sign the barcoded page...haha, sayang 3days ko) pero yun lang naman naging problem, wala naman nilagay na lagyan ko ng name yung MC ko.. maybe not needed na din.. Hmmp, it's up to you na siguro yun..

hindi ako nagsubmit ng diploma or TOR. Pero alam ko nasa list ko yan for PR. Nagpasa lang talaga ako mga COE kasi i think isa yun sa magpprove ng ties mo sa country.

yep, your best bet is to wait for the call center agent's instructions regarding this. malay natin baka they took note of what they have asked us to include in the application... or baka paranoid lang ako
