thanks macabanting!  isama mo na rin ang hindi makatulog, nag-iisa at hirap maka-adjust kaya i got focused on finishing everything in a few days and it's worth it   nung nag-apply sya for canada, we have planned on getting married when she finishes her two-year contract and goes home. when she left the first & second time (bf-gf pa lang kami although for 6years na), dumidiretso ako sa barkada para makalimutan ang lungkot. pero ngayong mag-asawa na kami, i couldn't bring myself to do that again just to forget the loneliness. i have to take action now para magkasama ulit kami. although it's not always the case these times because of the hardships of life here in our country, the husband & his wife are meant to live together, not far apart.
ooops, i'm babbling now. sensya na, wala kasi ako makausap eh  at hindi pa rin makatulog 

na-sad din tuloy ang heart ko..  namimiss ko din ng sobra ang husband ko e.. pero for now we need to sacrifice for our future especially the kids... tama lahat ng sinabi mo... and i think you are responsible enough now that you're already married... your wifey is very lucky to have a husband like you... just keep up the good work and God will bless you in every single day of your life... hope in time we are all have a chance to be in our love ones.. parang kanta lang ba.. together forever hehehe... basta i know that God is always there for all of us especially sa forum na to...

Whoa!! I salute you bro!!! Commonly, the wife is more vocal and showy of her love to the husband. Para kang hubby namin d2 sa forum, sobrang mahal kami kaya doing everything to get us... O ayan nakisentimyento narin ako sayo.  Hehe.. D2 sa forum natin, marami ka pang magiging kaibigan, at di lang panandalian, pag nandun na tayo, friends padin lahat... Good luck sa application mo!!! Ako nga tagal pa magapply pero lagi ko nagbabasa dito sa forum para mainspire lalo... We'll pray for the approval of your visa. Ilang tulog lang, di mo mapapansin dadating na Medical Request mo... that's what i was afraid of. long weekend kasi and there might be no deliveries on monday. but thank you for the assurance, manellie 
buti na lang mabait yung courier. kakabalik ko lang galing sa labas. he gave me another chance to meet him up around 2:30pm so ayun naipadala ko pa rin 
now the 1st leg of waiting starts....

Hello!!! nagapply palang ng new WP na skilled si hubby last Sept30. 66 days processing kaya december pa po kami makaapply at baka maabutan pa ng holiday... di bale, igaguide tayo ni Lord kaya leave all worries.. Lam mo libangan ko na ata tong forum eh.. Kahit di ako nagpopost puro basa ginagawa ko, hehe, kc naman very inspiring mga posts.  Hindi parang Q and A lng diba...  Good luck satin, lahat tayo makakapunta dun, God's will....    Meanwhile, enjoy mo po muna pagiging full time mom.  Ako naman eto may meeting pa office.. waiting to be called for reporting haha pero nagsilip muna forum...Gusto ko na magresign, pagod nako magwork pero cguro pag malapit na umalis... thanks!!! but you and your kids also be with your hubby soon. the key is to know that it has already happened. set a date and always envision that day. everyday.  
the momentary feeling of sadness just shows us that we can be happy again. soon.

Hi everyone! I am so glad I found this forum, it is both helpful and inspiring. Sayang lang, now ko lang nabasa mga ito coz me and hubby have been trying to find ways to be together. Hubby's been working as a Line Cook in Alberta for 4 years and he has tried applying for PR but has been denied several times din. Too bad lang coz we never heard about this Spousal Open Work Permit e di sana dati pa kami nag-apply since Skilled Worker naman sya Imagine being apart for 4 years! Grabe hirap nang pinagdadaanan namin, not to mention the disappointments and frustrations each time we get news na denied ang PR application nya. All these years, yun lang ang inaasahan namin coz we thought it's the only way we can be together in Canada. Until he inquired at Mercan Canada and they suggested the SOWP program, nabuhayan ulit kami. The thing is, now that we found out we are qualified, expired naman na ang Work Permit nya In fact, implied status na sya coz wala pa yun LMO nya and expired na WP nya. Haaaayyyy...

But the good news is, another employer offered him a job and he has an LMO na, he just needs to apply for a new WP and like what everyone said here, nasa 68 days na lang thru paper application ang new WP. So while waiting, I've already prepared all my docs but we have paid Mercan to help us with the application process. They said, kahit wala pa daw new WP, basta we can submit the receipt na may WP application na, okay na daw yun. Anybody here who submitted this before? Also, I just don't understand why some of you submitted mga proof of funds and pictures or videos with your husbands/wife. Kasi sa list of requirements from Mercan, wala naman mga yun. Need ba talaga? I am scheduled to submit all my requirements next week, after ng long weekend so I am quite nervous at baka kulang at mali mga docs ko. I would appreciate any help from anybody here.

May I share... I was about to get MERCAN's assistance until I found out this forum- that I do not need to spend lots of dollars. Advice ng mga ibang nakakuha na ng visa dito sa forum, reserved ko na lang daw sa airlines ticket yun pambayad ko. Application filed on my own with the guidance of the members here in the forum. Tama sila...easy to apply and accomplish everything. The hardest thing is WAITING. I guess, kung hindi ka pa nakakacommit sa kanila, you still have time to backout. Marami ang tutulong sa yo dito. Napaka-accommodating nila. Pag may tanong ka sa forms, may mga sumasagot dito kahit paulit-ulit ng naitanong. I salute them all.
