just want to know whats best service for N.D. to submit passport... is Blue Dart deliever passport on postal box or not???

please its abit urget...

This has been discussed many times before. Use the CHC address but don't include the PO box number. You can use any courier service. No courier service will deliver to a PO box number.

We also had 2 additional lines in the address see below. Should be fine either way. I think any courier company will know where the CHC is. Just as long as you don't include the PO box you should be fine.
