Hi All Members,

I applied under FSW and my packed containing application containing all notorized documents and application fee of C$1250/- received at Nova Scotia on 11.05.2009 as per Indian Speed Post details in the Net. Till 21st of July, my DD was not encashed.

Any body can advise me in the matter as to what could have happen in my case  ?

Regards

Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon

Man, did you read the rules before you sent all this stuff.

NS only requires the following:
Forms,
copy of biopage of passport
2 address label
and DD

I think they will still process your application at NS but you may not get your documents back. If you are really lucky, you will get it back. As for the time elapsed, you have to sit and wait. Since your DD was not encashed, they probably haven't opened your envelope yet.

you are welcome but you shouldn't regard me as a consultant. you should always check anything said on here because as much as we try help, we are applicants just like you and most of us here, haven;t gotten our PR yet, which means, we mgiht have done the wrong things ourselves and hence, will be advicing badly too.
