Hi all,
New Delhi Visa office is asking for 5 photos + "Photo Negative  of photos(Preferably the negative of a black and white photograph you submitted with your application)" to be submitted to DMP.
Is it really necessary to submit negative of my photos? also I'm not getting what do they mean by negative of black and white photo I submitted with my application....these days you normally get digital photos!!!  Huh
Please advice if negatives are not really required.

No its not necessary to send black & white photo bcoz its out of date now. You should send a color photo (one of my friend was sent a color photo nd he is in Canada since last three months without any problem) and negative they need for your xray. They keep that negative on xray sheet nd that take the xray of ur chest so they easily identify whose xray it is.

Pls. consult the DMP with whom you are getting the medicals done. Most of them now days take a digital picture of you when taking the X-ray & imprint it on the X-ray. You actually don't need any negative, B & W or Color.

yes, yukon is right.  We need to contact the DMP.  If they have the equipment then a digital copy of the color photo is good enough.  Old technology requires a b/w negative pic that they attach to the X ray.  The pic is needed to go with the X ray.

Hi guys,
I just completed my medical test and DMP did not require my photos negative, they said its not require, I insisted if it requires dont hesitate to tell me and I will try to get the negatives, but she said no need.
