I m Robin. I applied for skilled worker in May 2010. CIC accept my file in December 2010 and told me to submit all document. I submitted my all documents in February 2011 with including my new born baby's CAD 150/- Draft which I did from HSBC Bank. Today I got a mail where has been written to change the draft and send a new CAD 150/- draft from Standard Chartered Bank, other wise the file will be pending....
My Q: is, how much logical is this? Or is this true or not
? What should I do??

its true.
they're only accepting drafts from Bangladesh and only made by Stan Chart Bank.
