for clarification:GREEN OR RED PASSPORTS IN PI

i have already received my med request, i have read these statements that: to ensure timely processing and facilitate your travel, we strongly recommend that you submit the new red-colored passports cuurently being issued by the pi authirities as they are in compliance with the machine-readable passports requirement of the ICAO.

-THE PASSPORT THAT I HAVE IS THE GREEN PASSPORT. WHAT WILL I DO? WILL I RENEW FOR THE NEW ONE(RED PASSPORT)

Hi brother, If you're currently in the Phil, go for expedite renewal (10days) while doing your medical...maybe it will be released at the same time. For us in GCC it will take 1month before the passport will be back from Phil, so it is more difficult. Meds should be submitted on the date specified.
