I know that most of you would like to see them in your mail boxes not at the following link, (and hope that all of you guys will achieve your dreams of coming to canada permanently). however, those are the application forms that will be sent to your mail boxes by CIC so have a look at them to see all of the information about your medical checks.

This is the link :

 http://www.grunberg.ca/FILES/ENGLISH.pdf

And this is the medical handbook in which CIC states the instructions of proceeding to the medical test:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/dmp-handbook/appendix-02.asp

Good luck for all of you

Thank you Professional, this is of great help. Believe me man this forum is more help and informative than the  FAQs (frequently asked questions) at CIC website and even e-mail enquires made to CHC. Keep it up. I wish all follow in your footsteps and share any information that can be of any help to forum members.

Please advise, that if you have opted for being contacted through e-mail do they medicals through e-mail or does CHC send hard copy by post/mail. Till your post today I was under the impression that when medicals are send they are in a package/hard-copy, sealed in an envelope, only to be opened by the DMP.

you are welcome guys thank you both for reply.

singh123, the formal and official way to contact you is via mail especially when they send you documents even if you have given them your email and they communicated with you via email (the mail communication) is the official way.

In regard to the medical forms, they might inform you by email that they have sent you the forms by mail but they never send them via email because the forms will have your picture attached (pasted) to them and stamped by the immigration official seal so you cannot remove the picture from the form because half of the stamp will be on the picture and the other on the form. Therefore, you will get them only by mail in a sealed envelop.

Good luck
