For Applicants of 2007 (in London): Has Anyone received documents update letter?

Status : We started processing Jan. 30 2008
Address Disappeared and Reappeared : Dec. 16th 2011 - Jan. 6th 2012.
 
And now Address disappeared again Jan 27th 2012

I dont even know thats up??

Please find below the response from CHC-London to my query when I tried to ask them about my status quo of my application.

 Recvd AOR:                            9th Jan. 2008
 Ecas:                                     We started processing your application Jan. 30th 2008
AOR Letter content I recvd:      42-48months
Add. Diss:                               2 times now.
Doc. Updates:                          NO

What do I do? Is there any other way to show them the letter they sent me stating 42-48months?


This is in response to your enquiry.
 
We have received enough Federal Skilled Worker applications since February 27, 2008 to reach our immigration levels for the next two years. Because they reflect Canada's current labour market needs, applications under the most recent set of ministerial instructions are processed on a priority basis. Therefore, few Federal Skilled Worker applications received before February 27, 2008 will be processed this year or next.

When a Federal Skilled Worker application is due for assessment, our office will send a letter asking the applicant to submit updated information in support of the application. This new information will be reviewed by an immigration officer who will determine if you meet the requirements for immigration.

Please wait until you receive this letter before providing any new information relating to changes in your personal circumstances, additional dependents, new employment, education or new identity documents.
 
Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post or by email to the mailing and email addresses provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address and contact details.

I dont believe that they forget about applications. they just seal each/bunch of applications with a priority.
2007's are certainly not the priority in 2012.

your waiting for MR is certainly not realistic compared to the MI-1, MI-2, MI-3 applicants.
your chances are much slimmer to get the MR.
still anything could happen. One thin is for sure that on that BF'd date, your file would get a re-sleep order or get something new, may be update of forms+info.

I will order my CAIP next month but it is so strange they are not even talking about the situation

Keep checking your mail as well, CHC london sent a mail to me for PPR on 7 nov 2011 nad i never got it, when i sent a case specific enquiry in jan 2012 they just forwarded the old mail and asked me to submit the passport....

That is why applicants should let them know to send any form of letter to be sent to them in their email along with a postal mail. Email is rarely lost and more dependable and safe.

i got caips last week but mine bfd was 1-1-2012 not changed and nothing recieved. now i have sent enquiry lets see
