Meena ,
I had a similar problem where Citi HR refused to get me a letter of reference/ exp in original with my designation , pay details etc. I enclosed the mail trail where HR has explained that they cannot issue an experience letter.
I also got a duplicate of my experience / service certificate ( the one they gave me when I quit Citi) from them .
It is how ure case looks as a complete file is what matters as I understand it ( where u did ure school/college , companies u have worked for etc.) If you are not able to provide originals for 1 job , it shud'nt matter as long as u r able to prove to the visa office that u tried and are able to give some other proof as equivalent ( like joining letter, bonus/ promotion letter, pay stubs, Form 16 etc).

Hi Malu,
For current Company I have attached notarized copies of Appointment Letter, Appraisal Letter, Payslips, Form16. But no Ref Letter.
I explained ny duties on blank sheet and attach a letter explaining that my Company denied me giving any such letter.
For other Companies I have letter.
For 1 Company I dnt had Exp letter and for that I attached mails sent to HR of that Company.

I haven't got my new AOR yet  I notice that for most ppl the eCAS status changes to "Received by Visa office" couple of days after they receive the AOR . Anyone else with similar timelines who have got their AOR mail? |

Hi All,
Can anyone help me.
We are requested to submit the passport and RPRF to the CHC New Delhi By Feb 21. When tried to send the package thru BlueDart from Chennai, the courier office has requested us to not to add P.O. Box Number to the Address field, because there may not be guarantee for the delivery proof. Please could any one provide the details regarding this? What courier or postal service is safe to send the passports. Also, did anybody used return envelopes? Please let me know from which postal service i need to get.
I am in US and sent the passport along with my wife. I will be in big trouble if it is not delivered properly and not get back the passports immediately.
If some one provide me the information, It would be very much helpful.

I don't know how you will send PP but FYI I had sent my full docs to ND Visa office with P.O.Box address. I used normal postal service and it reached there on 3rd day (With in Delhi NCR). At post-office they told me that if you want to send to POBox then only normal postal service is valid. No speedpost,registered post will work. That means no guarantee of delivery. Latter I cam to know that there are people in this forum who sent full docs to them using courier service. SO I can not comment on that. can somebody answer who sent docs/passport to ND office by courier which gives guarantee? |
