It seems that u r appying under financial auditor category. need a small help from ou..can u tell me the doc required to be filed with Noca scotia while starting processing.

At initial stage to N.S. , All forms duly filled in , Notarised true copy of your passport , 8 Photographs of self and other family memebers who will accompany with you, Your resume , and Demand draft . Thats enough. But be sure that what you write here in Schedule -3 ( In your work experience ) , The same will include in referance letter or experience letter which you have to submit CHC at later stage.

NS is nova scotia...thats whr u send initial application.

At initial stage to N.S. , All forms duly filled in , Notarised true copy of your passport , 8 Photographs of self and other family memebers who will accompany with you, Your resume , and Demand draft . Thats enough. But be sure that what you write here in Schedule -3 ( In your work experience ) , The same will include in referance letter or experience letter which you have to submit CHC at later stage.

You don't even need to send photograph to Nova Scotia for initial assessment. You can send forms with out any photos. Mandatory docs are:

1) all Forms properly filled and signed by main applicant and co-applicant(s)
2) photocopy of main applicant 's Passport: front page and back page only (No need to notarize it)
3) Demand Draft in CAD Dollars
4) Roles and Responsibilities defined in detail related to your NOC  on a separate paper (It could be your resume)

They also changed my address which I requested to them.

              Right now my status is Received by Visa Office. How much time generally it takes to start the actual verification process. I mean status change from "Received by Visa Office" to "In Process".

I would be posting my Docuemnts tomorrow. But this time draft would be in Indian Rupees. Please confirm ($490 + $490)= $980. Please confirm the amount in Rs.
Or its mandatory to send in canadain $.

Hi malu08,

I too submitted my full docs during Jan 6th and it reached London Office on 08.01.10. My ecas status (front page) says "CIO - NS eligibility review complete" and there is no message showing "received by visa office". May be it will come after a few days... or week??
