Add me again to your list, My application was received by CIO, NS last 24 Jan 2010. I got my AOR by email last March 10, 2010.

Hi.
I have applyed in the form of Federal Skilled Worker Class from Iran and payed my processing fee online by my boss visa card.

After one month they returned back my forms with a letter which say:     You have failed to submit the require processing fee or the fee you ubmitterd is not an acceptable form of payment.
I should mention that in recipt form in the part that asked for payer information I filled myown information not my boss (who payed for me) and nothing in client ID part.

Please help me, since i am really confused.

Hi RSL,
Yup! I got my AOR dated March 12. I'm processing mg PCC now since I already got the rest of my documents ready beforehand...
I fixed my mind to stick w/ Buffalo... Sad
Putting in my mind that everything happens for a reason, that there must be a reason why my first choice was Buffalo....

No, you cannot claim any extra point of having two NOCs. It just makes your case strong in CIO NS for approval. But it also creates overhead when you apply in CHC because you have to prove both NOC expertises.

a Person can have multiple NOC if both of them relates to education!
