they will not request for any sort of criminal check??
we do need "Certificate of No Criminal Conviction" in HK together with medical check. |

my wife (principal applicant) have 2 year exp as clinical instructor-NOC 3152 .
ques- what should we fill job title in the application form as clinical instructor is not in 3152 list..it has got nurse instructor/clinical educator/clinical nurse etc. in it

i got my AOR letter from london in jan, i am dec 2009 applicant my question is in that letter is written interview may required that mean 100% there will me interview or what how to guess one more thing after AOR when they gonna reply officially

hi doglover hoping your are getting visa soon. best of luck n happy journey in advance. One more,,, still i am waiting for AOR, CC had been charged on 8th April. I hope i will get AOR soon. I am just under submission of full application. I want to pay RPRF by CC during this stage. Can you advise me, how i can pay using CC? i think if i paid by CC, it will be easy for me to trace the situation in advance. I think i can't use the same CC payement form like initial phase. Plz advise me. |

HI Thanks for the wishes. I am afraid that I don't have idea about RPRF payment visa CC. Better to send DD payable at ur local visa office in ur local currency. Like if ur Visa office is New Delhi then send DD in favor of CHC a total of 42880 INR for u and ur spouse ( 21440 for single) U will get RPRF payment receipt just within 2-3 weeks by regular mail from CHC. |
