Hello everybody,
I have another update, I received the 2nd AOR from the Visa Office for full documents delivery, I received it on April 7th 2010

I have a question, and I guess some of the members here have the same concern, so I will put my case as an example hoping that the answer received will benefit all.

We all know that the NOC codes requested for Canada Immigration are going to change on May 1st 2010, and the new NOCs will be announced.

Is this change going to affect our already submitted applications? for example, I submitted my application under NOC 0213, if the new NOC list does not include 0213 anymore, does that mean that my application will be affected or rejected? if not, then at what stage it is determined that the application is safe and won't be affected? I mean after it reaches CIC, or after it reaches CHC, or after the CHC processing starts?

my cc has been charged. i hope i will get aor soon. i have collected all doc. still some confusion. plz clear me...
1) i was working in nepal till 2006. i have all required letter from my company signed in 2006 Sept. do i need newly signed experience letter as a part of reference letter? still the company is working on the same address. plz advise me.

2. do we need to paste photo on the designated place of the application forms?
3. i want to pay RPRF on later stage, i have to write anything for this? or just send the application?
