am collecting my docs for the complete application... i would like to submit my RPRF fees by credit card.. but what is the form need to be filled for this.. I dont see this fees option in IMM5620..

could someone provide me the pdf for this.

I have not submitted my full docs yet. rather than waiting for someone to answer your question, have you looked at the CIC website? I am sure it is there.

Hi..bad news..i just got a response from CIC..they had received my papers on 4th of Jan and apparently they wrote

"You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC code: 0632 - Deputy Manager Admin. Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the instructions identified by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on 28 November 2008, the main duties that you have listed do not indicate that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties. As such, I am not satisfied that your experience corresponds to NOC 0632- Accommodation Service Managers."

Sorry to hear the rejection. Can you clarify, Is the rejection for your initial Application at CIO, Sydney or after full application at the local Visa Office?
Did you look at the NOC website for job description 0632? are there way too much differences between yours and the one in the website?

no it was after the initial application...my job duties werent that different from the ones mentioned in the NOC website..at least th major ones matched definitely..dont really know what happened..

You can apply as many times as you want. Most of the successful cases are those applicants who have re-applied after being rejected exactly like you. The next time you mention your job description after properly studying this forum.

yup..i think i will just emphasize on the main duties that were relevant and only mention the other stuff..lets see what happens then..how long do you think it takes them to send back my papers?

Sorry dude, anyways such up and downs are the part of life.

Now without waiting for ur documents , prepare another set  of 'schedule 3 form-imm0008'. Thoroughly read the duties given on cic website correspond to ur NOC, if u think they match with the duties u perform(providing u r able to produce evidence-'reference letter, appointment letter' for that in the later part at the time of document submission at CHC) , then mention them all in bulleted form exactly(means not word wise, just like main idea) as given on the website.Attach new processing fee, and send the documents.

The main duties which they must expect are:

1.Develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the department or establishment
2. Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
3. Recruit and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules
4. Resolve customer complaints.

NO NEED TO ATTACH ANY COVER LATTER "that I applied on that that date and was rejected etc etc". IT WILL COMPLICATES THE CASE. SEND AS A FRESH APPLICATION.

Yes, you need to send the second application...don't waste time by waiting the first one to be returned first.. what I understand is they never put the application in the system for the CIO stage. It is nothing to lose to try again.
